Yes you can buy anytime unless you don't really like to buy now 'coz eth is raising. Anyway it is very strong alt in crypto you buy now wait til it goes x2-10 from the price you bought. You can also wait of eth crash in order to buy more eth.

I think if you purchased eth while it is at the lowest price now you earn already. But still there is a chance because eth shows the potential that it will hit the $1k after this month.

How sure you are about it? Ethereum is a platform to create dapp where Ether is the currency, Eth do not have a max supply on the other hand Bitcoin is a currency with very limited supply to 21m only

The value has fallen below $700 now and I think there can't be any other good time to buy Ethereum than now. Every good investor knows buying it while the price and holding for a better price is low is the best

What are you waiting for? This is the best time to buy and save ETH as much as possible. Do not you remember the phenomenon of last year when ETH reached $ 2000? I have bought and saved ETH since 2 months ago. You must take advantage of the opportunities and time you have.

It is possible and now it is safe to buy an etherium, now there is a consensus of 2018, during and after this conference crypto-currencies strongly rise in price. Until the end of the year the etherium will make X2-X3

Do you mean is it the right time to buy ethereum? If yes, then this is the right time. One thing about large cap coins like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple etc is that no matter the fall in market price, they will surely recover and make new historical record. It is always advisable to keep such coins for long term investment.
