Girona missed their chance to frustrate Barcelona's Attempt to finish second this season by failing to get three points from game with Deportivo Alaves. Deportivo Alaves did not relent to rest with the defeat, even though points are not needed, but maybe just for the record and some match bonuses. It is just three games left in the season for Girona to play, and they will try to make sure that the winner does three games because the point difference between them is not so great and they could easily lose their 2nd place in the table.

Being draw by Alaves make Girona almost failed to defend 2nd standings position, if Barcelona secure three points against Real Sociedad make Girona dropped to 3rd place but still has three matches left to winning all if want finish higher position from Barcelona this season.

If it were simply a few exchanges like Binance, OKX, and some of the big ones that offer p2p marketplaces for Nigerians, I would have agreed more with you, but we're talking about a massive decline in traffic on all major crypto exchanges. I believe the situation with Binance is not a good one because they are the top cryptocurrency exchange and if they do not move in the right path, other small exchanges will suffer as well.

 Second, we're approaching another bull run, and customers are moving their coins from exchanges to self-custody wallets.

Well, I can't say for sure the cause of it but I want understand so far is that there is a debate in US concerning coinbass which could be another factor. Although I don't know how legitimate this information could be but I red it the other forum, in total I can say that the market is not just favorable for now because there are lots of issues on ground.

Trump is fully aware of how strong the Crypto community is in the US, and he knows that Biden is not pondering Cryptocurrency, so he attacks him using Cryptocurrency to make him look good in the eyes of the community.
He makes Biden look silly with his statement. Imagine it as if everybody knows what cryptocurrency is in the US, yet you, as the head of the most powerful country, are ignorant of it.

Trump is on a good start to his campaign by wooing the Cryptocurrency community.

When you look at the fact that, apart from Ukraine, there is not a single other country from Europe that has some of the countries with the highest purchasing power and, accordingly, they certainly have a significant share of people who own cryptocurrencies. Before the total ban, it's more on them going after altcoin if I remember around 2017-2019 era, Bitcoin was not even in their top crypto if I remember it correctly. They have some altcoins that has been developed by the Chinese that is on the top. Now, it's really hard to gauge the data as the game really change already with institutions and whales are into investment with all the ETF's and other instruments and future contracts.
