This fits perfectly this kind of giveaway.
You can add participants and choose how many up to 30 winners. The winner is decided using the blockhash of a block of your choice.
It works in a very simple code and is totally open source. Results are easily verified by anyone.
I can create an altcoinstalk version, maybe using ETH blocks (or any other blockchain).
The process of selecting the winner will be done by the transaction hash
