Being a moderator is a lot of work,
But it is also about dedication and love of cryptos

But to put enough time into something, you need to feel that you are rewarded somehow ...

Direct Ad revenue:
Each moderator can earn 50% of the Ad revenue he brings to his section (via banner ad, promoted post, etc...)

We have a plan for:

• Moderators are rewarded with ALTT & ALTS tokens . This is a distribution that happens 1-3 times per year (unless increased activity or revenue leads otherwise)
• We distribute the tokens we collect to (for now erc20 and bep20):

Mod requirements:

• Provide quality content and moderation in the general section you are moderating.
• Keep the section you are moderating free from spam and spammers etc.
• Handle the moderation reports that are submitted by users of your section.
• If Local Language Mod: Translate at least half of these Posts to your local language section & sticky them.

Please note:

• To be accepted you should be active on the forum daily and a regular poster.
  
• Acceptance is done few weeks after your application, to make sure you are active.
• You should be a Senior Member or above - some rare exceptions can apply.
• You should have no negative karma : no spam, no plagiarism etc ..

Selection process:

• Moderators are chosen by the President & Vice President (VP) as well as nominated by local Senates and Senators.
• You must post your application in this thread to be considered for selection. Failure to do so, you will not be selected.
• Please do not PM admin or President with your applications anymore.
• The VP will deal with your mod requests once submitted.

Thus it is the vice president that will be responsible for the following:

We are creating an Altcoins community. A community reflected by a community forum & other aspects.


The Why are you doing this ?

There are so many altcoins now, enthusiasts want to talk about their favorite coins in a structured environment where they can find like minded people not hostile towards their altcoin.


The How are you going to do this ?

We have issued a token ALTS : 0x638ac149ea8ef9a1286c41b977017aa7359e6cfa
and we are giving it to people who have joined our community. Any revenue we generate will be reinvested in growth.

The When are you expecting to achieve this ?

This is a work in progress, there are always alot of things to do. A simple roadmap have been planned for the short-term:
