We have implemented a referral system,
each profile has now a referral link that can be used.

to find your referral link just click on profile summary: http://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile

Rules:
- For every active user you bring you get an extra 100 ALTS lowered to 60 ALTS , phase 2: lowered to 30 ALTS, Halfing: lowered to 10 ALTS .
- No creating fake accounts with your referral link, we can easily detect it, and we will be upset 
- Referral count will be updated on every withdraw round.
- A successful referral is some who is being active on the forum.

Important Update
Now you can earn ETH by referring people.
If the user you refer becomes VIP or Donor you will get ETH in addition to the ALTS tokens
For every Donor your refer, you earn 0.5 ETH
For every VIP you refer, you earn 3 ETH

I hope I will have no penalty if someone will create fakes through my ref-link. I have 7 refs now, and only 1 of them I really know, who are others and where they got my link - I don't know, but their nicknames look like bots

That was exactly my first thought after reading admin announcement. That somebody will tell "I don't know, maybe somebody uses my ref link to register bots".

But tell me why somebody will do that?

I think if this is true and your refs are bots your account have to be suspended or even blocked. Sorry for you but there is no other way to stop bots from registering.
