WHY 99% OF ICO IS SCAM?

I don't think the number percent is 99%, but more than 80% not successful not always scam but they not reached softcap then giveback investor money. It maybe happen because bad speculator about ICO

Not that much.  I think 99% is too much, maybe you mean airdrops.  LOL.   In my opinion, most of them is not scam but failed ICOs.  Too many projects trying to get investors so some of them didn't get their minimum caps.  Some projects postponed to wait for a better time to launch their ICO.

99% is a radicals percentage , I don't think they represent 99%, Many ICOs are still legible .
many ICOs turn out to SCAM because there is no regulations in this market .

You don't understand what do you mean Scam? This is a project created only to raise money and Rob their depositors, without the possibility of a refund. If the ICO has not collected SoftCap and returned the funds. Or the coins went on the exchange, and its price is much lower than on the ICO. In the end, it is difficult to survive even in the case of the finished product. This does not mean that the project is fraudulent. 99 % is, of course, wrong statistics.

not all ICO are scam,  you just need to review some project before you conclude on something. Some of ICO project didnt get succeed because of problem, but not all of them are scams

Lots of ICO are so good from the start but in the end it will gone so i do believe that lots of ICO are scam cos until now i dont recieve any reward from this forum but i keep on pushing cos i know one day a good fruit falls down from my hand so i keep on waiting for this time...

Maximum bounty campaign is not scam but not good because they are not able to pay payments due to ico failure. If they could not reach soft cap and hard cap, how can they pay payment..

I don't think the percentage of scam ICOs is around 99%, it should be less than the number. For me, the percentage of good ICOs may be more than 30%. There are still many good or trusted ICOs If you can choose the ICOs correctly. The main point is we must be more selective in selecting an ICO.

As I think in the present Lot of people are tryng to find money with wrong ways..As I result of these Some scammers published some ICOs to cheat with investors and to collect investors money.That's the reason Lot of ICO are to be scams.
