First time I heard about Oobit app but it looks like a bridge between cryptocurrencies and traditional fiat payments, and it can be used to pay anything with crypto.
I have to research it more but I think there is mandatory identification process for creating oobit account so I don't like it.
I doubt telegram will be able to skip this kyc and that means all USDT transactions will be tracked and traced.

Имхо, думаю в течении пары дней/недели следующей (максимум) - абсолютно все кто хотели слить, это сделают. А вот далее, (надеюсь) будет какой-то движ + фаза 2.0 и более детальный разбор по ней, что к чему/куда и для чего. Ибо как я понимаю (и вижу это). Они лишь дали понять за фазу 2.0 - а далее, набирайтесь терпения и ждите чуда. 

По самим разрабам NOTCOIN — в принципе молодцы. Есть конечно много нюансов, но более-менее нормально справились с ордой (35 млн!) пользователей, которые хотели слить токены в стакан.

Ага, благо смотря на курс (0.007) - ещё не всё так печально как могло бы быть. + Большинство уже слил в стакан и удачно забыли за крипту.
