hello im newbie on cryptocurrency and i want too following bounty campaign, but i see too many campaign its scam or the project fail. And my question how too choice a good bounty program ?

Visit their social media for coherence in their personal data they provide. Visit the twitter account of the advisor and check for tweets on the project. Some projects adopts the reputation of renowned people and attach them as advisors without their knowledge.
These few checks can grant you some level of authentication in a bounty program.
