Forum related / Re: [TOOL] Another Altcoinstalks Notification Bot!
« Last post by bitmover on Today at 03:24:15 AM »
Hey bitmover,

What about users like me who have a spaceship in their username?  :D :D
Unfortunately, I have a spaceship in my username and I am unable to access the page.
Even though I am not a big fan of the webpage notifications, but I guess you want to fix it so other users like me could access the website and use your notifier bot. Here is screenshot below of my interface.

Has there been a solution yet for those with spaces in their usernames? I can see that those who do not have space in their username their notifications are showing correctly.
And in my case, the following error is showing.

Bug fixed!

https://bitcoindata.science/altcoinstalk/notification.php?user=Learn%20Bitcoin
https://bitcoindata.science/altcoinstalk/notification.php?user=Crypto%20Library

You can even add https://bitcoindata.science/altcoinstalk/notification.php?user=Learn Bitcoin that the browser will automatically add the %20.

Tell me if you see any bugs please.

Just like iPhone launched several version of their phone. I think there are still more smartphones to come from solana. It's just a matter of time.. Hopefully these new phones features you mentioned won't come with any bug.

Solana Forum / Re: How could i found a legit project?
« Last post by akeemqaz on Today at 03:09:43 AM »
I checked the ghost gate, and I don't think it looks legitimate. Although, it could be a good memecoin to invest in because memecoins are unpredictable these days. But do so at your own risk. The best way to know if a project is legitimate is if it has a transparent team and tokenomics.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Stay away from crypto ponzis!

Apart from staying away from this kind of Ponzi scheme, it's also advisable to stay away from websites or people asking you to pay to learn how to make thousands of dollars daily. If they are earning such amounts, they wouldn't ask you to bring money to earn that amount.

I find it funny when on crypto related forums people discuss pros and cons of unlicensed copies of Windows. I have looked on this forum, but on our neighbor forum we have windows key sellers. <$5 and your windows will be licensed. Add more $5 and you get a key for antivirus license. Nevertheless, licensed copy of Windows or not, it does not matter, as user himself makes security mistakes. Even after buying Mac, users isnt insured against copy/pasting his key on a phishing page.
Hmm... You made some valid points here. I think exposing the private key is the main thing that makes a wallet get compromised. Some also connect their wallets to different sites, and this can make their wallets get hacked or compromised as well. Whether you use a licensed Windows or not, not exposing your private keys or seed phrase matters a lot.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Are you buying now?
« Last post by akeemqaz on Today at 02:48:26 AM »
I have been buying and accumulating cryptocurrencies for
a very long time now and I I'm so happy I started it when I had the opportunity to do because right now my coins has grown in price.
For Bitcoin I started accumulating it since 2014, there's nothing to wait for remove fear and start accumulating as many as you can.

Fact. The best thing is to accumulate more Bitcoin especially. You've been accumulating since 2016?
Do you ever sell, Because I do sell at times and buy whenever i have extra cash to buy. It's also good to always take profit ones a while because there Is nothing to lose doing so.

20 days ago, Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has been found guilty of laundering $1.2 billion. It's a bit crazy to punish a developer for developing the code.

Now Vitalik Buterin got involved with a donation (I guess he won't be accused either). I wonder if, by including more influential names, the pressure on all actors participating in the development of anonymization can be alleviated a little.

Quote
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin donated 30 ETH, valued at around $113,000, to support the legal defense of Tornado Cash developers Alexey Pertsev and Roman Storm through the decentralized fundraising platform Juicebox.

Fuck Mr V he still owes me two eth from when they rebuilt the blockchain years ago.

I hope he gets locked up for giving the 30 eth.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in old coins?
« Last post by LUCKMCFLY on Today at 02:04:54 AM »
I still believe in old coins, you know why? Because they have been tried in the bearish market and were able to withstand it without diminishing in price. Not every altcoin out there(crypto space) can withstand a bearish market and come out strong in the bull run market.

So many old altcoins that were on top notched during the last bull run (2021), some have left the crypto market due to they couldn't survive in the bearish market of 2022/2023.

Those old altcoins that are still on the market, are worth to be invested in than new altcoins we don't know whether they will keep on strong after the bull market
That is one of the reasons why we still believe in the old coins, because we have seen them survive in bloody market situations and in situations like that not all coins can survive.

and also old coins also have a high level of trust, not all but most are like that. So the possibility that we can make a profit by holding this coin is also large, especially if we invest in the right coin. But we also have to do research first, that's the main thing.
Old coins are good as long as they have life, for example the first CMC coins, in the case of ETH, and the first ones are very good, but I have seen some tokens that are very old and that no longer have life, and for me it is almost impossible for them to go up in price again. Well, at least with the little experience that I have, I think that these types of Projects will not have life , now I Know that they are there and still have life, so we have to keep taking advantage of it, besides they are in a very good moment because bitcoin has many tendencies to rise and that helps all cryptocurrencies in general.

Decentralized App (which is what tornado cash really is) is an APP which cannot be stopped, cannot be censored. Although the front-end is banned from US and other countries and the developers arrested, it is still usable. Anyone with basic solidity/blockchain knowledge can still use it. This is the power of ethereum and the blockchain.

The problem is that the persons behind those apps can be censored and punished...
