I think Barcelona is top listed team. Now it’s position 2nd and within short time Barcelona will be come in First position. I am a fan of Barcelona. Barcelona team huge old team and it’s Fan huge worldwide. Once upon a time football fan was divided into two team Barcelona and Real Madrid.
in a short time? What is "short time" do you mean?
Real Madrid has been clearly being the winner of this La Liga this seasons. and this ended, 1 match later. Even real Madrid lost, they will still become the winner of this La Liga. So, I'm quite confused of the meaning of "short time" by you.

Maybe you mean the following seasons, but that's not a short time because this season isn't finished yet. And we won't know how it will turn out, because Barcelona's financial condition so far is still in trouble so that they may not have more money to bring in top world players who can strengthen their squad again. Well, for example, if there are changes in next season.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in old coins?

Some people don't know about the bear and bull season and it's true because with little bit changes we cannot describe the market condition as a bear or bull condition therefore try to investigate the past and current price and if you find that now it is a suitable price for buying then buy it but remember that your buying price should always be lower than your selling price.

I think the general rational with bull run is that new people mostly join the market when they see that all the coins are pumping here and there, so it's obvious for anyone to know when the time is right, by the time the market don't pump again, the smart ones will know that the time for taking profit is near, only the gullible ones will continue to buy at the top.

Quote
This strategy is only profitable in the case of top coins because some new coins originate with huge prices but with the passage of time they are decreasing but this does not show that after such decrease they will again pump because most of such type of coin disappears with declining in price.

Buykng old coin will do no harm but I wouldn't advice anyone to buy it during the bull run, you can only see the lapses about the coin when it's down completely, when everyone has taking their eyes from the project, that's when you will know if it's okay to buy or not and get them cheaper and sell before the previous all time high.

Though open source is usually safer than proprietary software, it is not 100% immune to the presence of malicious code. While the open nature allows for code review and contributions from a diverse group of developers, this very openness can also be exploited by malicious actors who may introduce harmful code subtly. The sheer volume of code can make comprehensive auditing challenging.

Additionally, not all code changes are thoroughly reviewed due to time constraints, resource limitations, or trust in well-known contributors. Even with rigorous review processes, sophisticated malicious code can be obfuscated to evade detection. Therefore, the open-source model, despite its many advantages, does not provide an absolute safeguard against the infiltration of malicious elements.

The question stands - what steps one may take to make crypto assets storage safer? What precautions do you take?
We cannot guarantee that everything will be perfect, we can only choose the best within our ability. In addition to the risks inherent in the code of crypto wallets, users also face cyberattacks, scam Dapps or risks when storing their private keys themselves. It is really difficult to achieve absolute security, but for the time being, I think we can trust the most reputable crypto wallets on the market such as Exodus, SafePal, Blockchain...

To minimize risks, I think hardware wallets are the best solution because they have a special chip to protect users assets. As long as users do not connect their hardware wallets to Dapps, the only remaining risk is the process of self-protecting their private keys.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Hold and trade which is best for you?

       -   Well, I do both of them because I can't and because my income will be reduced if I only do one. Then they must be taken seriously, or else we can't make money from them in the end. And I also think that there are no individual traders who do not do that at the same time.

After all, it can even give us a profit if we are knowledgeable and deep in crypto trading. While holding, we can do what they call day trading activity.
And majority of the traders for them these two are proven and tested already in terms of getting profit.

There is not an issue if people are doing both or any of them because it is a personal matter and depends on your interest and rate of success. Some people are afraid of doing one while others are getting huge profit from both so it is totally related to the interest of an individual.

Some people are experts in holding so they are getting huge profit from investment while others are experts in day trading and are earning more than a person who holds top coins for a longer time therefore do in which you have full command to overcome the risk.
You could actually do both as you like on which it would really be just that basing up with proper time management and fund allocation on which this is something that you would really be needing up to consider because handling both things could really be challenging. There's mutliple considerations on which you would really be needing up for you to know so that you would be having the idea on what you are dealing with. It would really be impossible that you wouldnt be able to find yourself on which one you would be that confident on doing so.
The more engagement we do have the more chance we could really be having on earning potential profits but of course risks is doubled.

It's been a few months since CZ left Binance. I recently read a tweet talking about how Binance's online presence hasn't been the same ever since. Heck, most people don't even know the new CEO's name, which isn't good for a company that big. As much as I think a single person doesn't "make" the entire company, this has taught me a lot.

I'm also starting to see why Bitget chose to promote Gracy Chen to CEO today after so long. Or why Justin Sun still remains the face of several companies after all this time. Just like Justin, Gracy is a person who commands a lot of presence online and knows how to keep users excited about any new innovations. If anything, I guess this teaches us about the importance of having a smart, but exciting face as the representative of any company. We can only hope she keeps up this pace continues to grow. Also, that somehow, we get to see the CZ vibe again sometime in the near future.

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Exchange vs wallet tokens. Your preference

If I had to choose, I think I would choose BNB because it is supported by both Binance CEX and BNB chain, it has a lot of value and can actually generate profits for holders and investors. OKB of OKX is also very popular but OKX's blockchain is not really well-known and does not yet have a large enough ecosystem to compete with BNB chain.
The same for me I will choose BNB, although I know that it is completely central and that Binance suffers from major problems, but despite all this, BNB managed to maintain a good price and grow dramatically after all the bad news that could have caused the collapse of the Continental.

This gives a strong indicator to the huge capabilities of Binance in maintaining the stability of BNB, through direct or indirect support by using it in trading fees and BSC blockchain gas.

Yep, Best season worst luck, Arsenal broke All the records in 23/24, but unfortunately, there are no trophies at the end.
This shows Arsenal should not lose focus again, Arsenal has challenged City twice in a roll while other teams were sleeping but Aston Villa spoilt their season.
Arsenal needs more good Players, Even if they have injuries, they must have a strong bench.
So utilise this summer window by signing good players.

Breaking records means they are good and they should try more next season. If they can reach here and not struggle at all, imagine if they have struggled to win some of the important matches they lost, Manchester City might probably be begging them to slow down but they relax when they needed points more.

Arteta is even new to the job, he has only work as an Assistant manager in Manchester City for some years and now he is taking a lead role as a full manager who is going to give Arsenal that Premier League they have always wanted so badly.

Meme Coins / Re: Meme Magic: How a Simple Name Can Spark Interest?
« Last post by JoyMarsha on Today at 10:04:57 PM »
Meme tokens are here to stay in the crypto space, although many will fade away after the bull run since many meme investors will have their tokens sold for profits.

A memecoin having a given name shouldn't be a major priority of why investors should invest in a memecoin because the name doesn't add to people's investment or change the value of their memecoins.

Bitget Wallet Token (BWB) has great potential to gain attention in the cryptocurrency market, the total BWB supply of 1 billion coins is not a huge number.
this is like TWT token, Trust wallet token, They are trying to copy anything Binance has done to achieve profits. It is true that I do not like Bitget, but such platforms can survive in a bull market, so some profits may be made from investing in their token, but in any case, you must start selling before the bear market begins.

This depend on the how supportive the team are and how carrying along Bitget team support the project. I remember Trust wallet token team were independent team and the focus wasn't on any chain, they support mainly erc20 and multi chain of with a single chain but because they built option for swapping which allow users to swap and trade using BNB chain and also the network integration made Binance lab to invest on them and that influence Binance to list them, I'm not sure if Bitget team are doing the same with this token and beside the liquidity in Binance way more than that of Bitget.

Nigerian Languages / Re: Social media account as KYC requirement?
« Last post by SmartGold01 on Today at 10:02:15 PM »
Na true you talk but me see am say them fit dey charge people add am too like they way them dey do for sms, mail charges for instance if they send you debit and credit alert the would include their service charge at every month ending making them to extort much from the poor masses.
No be lie, Nigerian Banks dey use small opportunity dey over do. Bank dey collect electronic levy which I don't even know which one be electronic levy and sms charges again. Probably the electronic levy should be the email levy then in the process of registering the account, and in the KYC you can leave the email and the social media option because I know that the email column is an option which you can leave if you don't have an email and that should be the case for the social media column too. And the only mandatory KYC is the phone number for calling if there is an any issue to resolve and sms and adding to the bvn.
Although I love the mailing option more than the SMS because if you lost your phone and SIM card you can easily login to your mail to see your transaction details, and again SMS when someone secretly transfer money from your account they can delete the alert but when you login to your email you will see all transactions over there and monitor who stole your money while they have access to your phone even without you going to bank to print account statement.
