People now are wise they don't want to invest as long as no product to present.
Product is also one of the best attraction to have more investors.
To have product doesn't mean legit ICO. Search and analysing is necessary before participating.

My answer is always the same. I think that a MVP is useful to collect more money and launch the project. Investors can be more confortable and be sure of the next future.
