Gambling discussion / Re: [NBA] Unofficial Discussion Thread
« Last post by bisdak40 on Today at 04:30:28 AM »
For tomorrow's pivotal game 5, I think the Pacers and Nuggets will take it. Knicks injury woes will continue to plague them and Nuggets momentum is back.

That is what i also thinking of the Knicks that is why i betted for the Pacers to take game 5 but seems this series is a game of home court advantage, i mean that who have the home court advantage wins the game and the Knicks is winning game 5 now as they lead by as much as 20 points as of this writing.

Nuggets vs Wolves, another interesting and hard to pick game so my bet is this game to go over 206.5 points.

Binance Coin (BNB) / Re: BNB prices will go up

The government will prioritize the greater interests of its citizens, rather than being a manipulator in crypto. In my opinion, the government is only trying to regulate local exchanges by making rules to protect its citizens
The government is a regulator, not a player.
And in many countries discussions about crypto regulations have shifted from negative to positive, with some countries even starting to take a more positive approach towards crypto.
Substantial and clear regulations are necessary for cryptocurrencies to flourish and achieve mass adoption.
However, more regulations could also mean that some investors have limited access to cryptocurrencies or other digital assets, which could significantly impact crypto financial performance.
As a regulator, it only provides clear facilities and rules for crypto users to implement so that there are no effects from the rules made.
Agree, in many countries currently there are more benefits resulting from crypto than harm, Because every country that has adopted it provides appropriate regulations and provides protection for all its users.
In time, everyone will benefit by giving crypto more freedom to run in their country.

I am looking forward to see which of these projected outcomes will really materialize for Bitcoin in the coming months of 2024 and 2025. Past performances can be a good way to see the future but there is always no guarantee that things will be the same or the intensity can be replicated. Who knows...Bitcoin can be charting a new direction never been seen in the past as far as the potential of growth coming from the halving event. This time around we have the ETFs which can surely make demand surge or dampen the market depending on the market mood. Let's see what other related developments will take place that can directly and indirectly affect the price of Bitcoin.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Are you buying now?
« Last post by yohananaomi on Today at 04:08:14 AM »
I have bought or re-accumulated when BTC experienced a correction. And I think that it might be the final correction to that level. Because currently BTC has also returned to the price before experiencing the correction. But the most important thing is that we don't panic easily when a correction occurs and instead we have to make good use of this moment.
That's what I did by buying to continue to accumulate more bitcoins when the price corrected to $57K and now $64K at least by buying at a low price we get a little better price.
If the price is sideways for the future, maybe I will also continue to buy considering that the increase in bitcoin is now not too significant, meaning that the bullish is still long, our opportunity to buy is still long.
Of course, it is still too early to determine that the correction is over, because the halving period has just passed in the past few days and there are no surprises that might occur. I estimate that while the correction will still occur in the next few months there will be no significant increase, maybe Q3 will see that movement.
So there is still a chance to continue buying in the future and continue to prepare for that.
It's better to wait for the moment when a correction will actually occur, at that time to continue buying and holding.

       -   Actually, the correction is not over yet. I think that the correction is just starting because the consolidation that we can see here on the chart of Bitcoin on any trading platform will take a few months.

Just as of this moment, it is necessary for us to save every time we have the opportunity to buy coins that we think have the potential to give us earnings in the future.
I also agree with you about corrections, because I haven't seen it happen yet, and maybe it will happen in a while because currently the situation is stagnant.
Indeed, every Bitcoin movement is not instantaneous and requires stages and that, too, with corrections.
I agree, the timing can be done using an installment scheme or waiting until the correction has occurred. It's all up to the individual.

But China do have a specific place just for crypto like Hong Kong. That is I think the only place there that you can trade cryptocurrency. I am not that sure if there is another city aside from Hong Kong but yeah I just don't know why some people think and said that Bitcoin is banned in China.
Nice to hear that Hong Kong can now buy and sell crypto there, can it be used as a payment method or is it just an investment? but we all know that Hong Kong is a tourist destination, maybe there we can use crypto as a payment method.
Maybe there is no accurate news yet on what Hong Kong can do with crypto? But we welcome it because there are changes, although not on a large scale, which have provided a breath of fresh air regarding the activities that can be carried out there. Maybe this is the first step before there will be more movement later, but there have been improvements in the ban so far. I think that one day China will be able to accept it again after regulating its regulations properly.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: The impact of crypto on our lives
« Last post by yohananaomi on Today at 03:34:05 AM »
Only invest in crypto if you have got spare funds to invest, because crypto market fluctuates rapidly and there is a risk of manipulation. It will not be a good idea to invest in crypto by selling your fixed properties. There is no guarantee that you will gain profit, you may end up losing all. So be careful.
I agree with your suggestion, if we want to invest in crypto, we should use funds that are free and we don't need them in the near future. because we know crypto is fluctuating and difficult to predict. but if you sell property to buy bitcoin during a bearish season, buying at the lowest price is also the right decision. because bitcoin is more profitable than property
It would be great if I had free money to invest in crypto, my salary is not very high so it's just enough to meet my living needs, and I can't afford to invest in crypto. that's why I participated in a bounty campaign where I could use these rewards to invest in crypto.
Everyone wants to get money for free, but actually it's not easy for all of us to get money for free, we have to keep doing tasks first to get rewards for what we have done, even existing giveaway programs have to do several tasks to get it.
You really have to do something to be able to get it, as you said, through airdrops, bounties that are available, and you just have to follow it and there is a chance for that. After you get it, you can invest it according to your abilities and don't look for expensive coins which are important for the potential to be able to make a return.
There is always a way to get what you want as long as you are determined to look for it and don't give up easily.

Even though crypto is banned, crypto technology will still work and be used by countries that accept it well. because crypto is one of the technologies of the future, so no one can stop it. That's why several governments have started to accept crypto as an investment, even though not yet as a means of payment.

In most of the countries where crypto was banned is permitted now because they have understood the value of crypto now and they know that it is useful for mankind.

If crypto is banned in Some countries then they will surely understand the value of crypto at a certain stage because it is going to be more valuable day by day so no one can ignore the importance of crypto. In many countries crypto has been accepted and in the remaining where there is no use of crypto still people have knowledge about it and are familiar with it so very soon there will be an initiation taking place.
I think it's just a matter of time, countries that haven't yet accepted crypto are just waiting for them to learn the advantages and disadvantages of cry[p[to. Crypto is becoming increasingly popular, if they take too long to learn I think they will be left behind by countries that first accepted crypto.
Day by day it is becoming increasingly difficult to resist technological advances, including crypto. All countries will inevitably be involved indirectly in this activity because its spread is already very massive. It's just a matter of time because they also have to prepare the regulations. If not, it's not impossible that people are using it in an illegal way, and it's possible to do so.

The main problem is the way of looking at the study, which can provide the main factor for it could get out of control.
For those who have enough finances, they gamble to relieve fatigue as mere entertainment, so they can gauge when to stop and also, basically, they know they won't get rich from gambling. But if you have no finances and consider gambling to seek wealth, then you will be trapped in that, Because gambling will not make anyone rich, because they will definitely experience defeat in time.
Perspective and view point is key, how people view gambling determines their reaction and actions towards it. Just as you've said, since the rich are already rich and do not consider or expect to get rich to get rich via gambling, it's a lot more easier for them to play with a levelled head without placing all their hopes on gambling to render financial assistance to them, so whether they win or lose doesn't really matter, and this is exactly how people should consider gambling.

But of course we already know this isn't the case of gambling with poor gamblers who take all their life problems and place it on the outcome of a bet, so when things fails to go according to their predictions or speculation, they start misbehaving and allow their emotions get the best of them.
