Islamic Coin, the Shariah-compliant, ethics-first digital money that has made headlines around the world has announced an official launch on centralized and decentralized exchanges on 1 September 2023. The long-awaited event has spurred a flurry of interest in traditional as well as Islamic finance circles, as the team secured $400M in Private sales.

What's your thought on the Global launch?

First of all, what's the difference between this new currency launch to other cryptocurrencies, if the name is just what make their difference then I won't be surprised if this is being orchestrated by untrusted developers who are the ones behind this, if we are to look into the situation we'll, it's a critical thing to reason along that the Islamic religion does not support for this kind of operation, due to their believes, how sure are we this is truly coming from the perceived religious body.

It seems to me that tying such an instrument as money to religious themes or religion, to put it mildly, will have no effect. I understand, for example, foodstuffs corresponding to the canons of religion. Or, for example, "cabs for women" as a security solution. Or, for example, price tags for the blind, because their capabilities are not as wide as those of the sighted. These are solutions realizing something objectively useful for some groups of people or society. But money... it's a tool, almost like nails, a pump, or a plate. And I don't understand how there can be money for any particular religion..... How is money for a Muslim different from money for a Catholic or a Buddhist?
And no one has given me an answer to my previous question...
