1. Lie down on a mat with your legs together.
2. Now, place your hands under your butt.
3. Point your toes up, tighten up your core, and alternatively start lifting your legs.

You need to do at least 50 reps (for each leg) and 5 sets of these kicks to see the results.

If you dont like to some hassle on making up some workouts then you do just simply trying out to lessen up your carbo intake because usually fats that formed on belly are really that usually caused up by too much carb. Easier said than done, we need to have an extra ordinary effort to avoid food that will increase our fats like cakes icecream rice and many more delicious foods that we used to consume. even if you exercise if you do not watch your diet, you will not attain that belly with abs.

because I am the type of person who often buys snacks outside, dreams of having a flat stomach like a young mother who has not known pregnancy,
I have done exercises from the gym, running, even I joined zumba but why is my body reluctant to be friends with my dreams

We can't consume anything without processing it and I guess what you mean is packed foods like precooked, use of preservatives and chemical substances to elongate the life time as such should be avoided. But even if we buy fresh fruits and vegetables still we can't be sure that it's free of any chemicals cause farming is yield based business so they often use chemicals to increase the production.

Seems you’ve not realized that it actually involves two things that most people find it so difficult or almost impossible to do, I mean cutting down on their diets, which is literally starving themselves of what they initially love to eat, and daily exercise which could also turn out to be quite stressful and exhausting at times. So it sounds all easy when you say it, but when it involves actually doing it, it becomes one of the most difficult things to do and requires only those with super discipline to actually be able to achieve that.

I meant buy fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans, lentils and cook at home. I don't go as far to avoid chemicals on food, I mean I would have to starve then lol.

Losing weight and staying healthy is a journey, the first step would be talking to a doctor who would advise you on exercises that would be beneficial for you without having any negative effect on your health. However, the most important step is consistency, once you are on that journey, do not stop, keep going and you will be glad you did.

If a person is determined to do something, no matter what it takes, they should be able to discipline themselves towards achieving that thing they plan or intend to. No matter how tough it is, you just have to condition your reasoning to see it as very easy to do because that would ease  you of some thought about it for the time being. A friend of mine and I were discussing and she told me she wants to loose weight a little and lucky enough these period are fasting period so I asked her to fast and she was like are you serious I said yes, it would help her physically and spiritually both ways.

I told her that so she could be able to take it very serious as it is that these period are fasting period, she could utilise the opportunity to pray as well and I told her if she can do a long fast which she agreed to. Maybe before 5 days she would see herself loosing weight as she wishes to.

Firstly, if you want to lose belly fat as a woman when you take a jog, always raise your hands, it's sometimes stressful but as you do it regularly you will enjoy it. The benefits is that, it burns belly fat fast and still allows you to burn other body fat as you workout

it is true some people are naturally thinner than others. Diet will be okay for them. My wife is naturally thinner than me.

She has a good slim build almost all on diet.

I have had some friends that always looked thiner and had a  wiry build they could likely not worry much about a lean stomach

Yeah gaining some weight is indeed pretty easier than losing them, but that doesn’t mean it’s totally wrong to add some weight if you feel like, but it’s always important to watch yourself while doing so, so you don’t get carried away and end up accumulating excess calories inside of you.

Sometimes I also do feel like gaining some weight and when that happens, I dig in on some junk foods and watch my weight while at it, and if I see that I’m gaining more weight, I quite and just go back to my regular diets.

I agree that exercise, as you mentioned, and a well-balanced diet, as recommended by a nutritionist, can go a long way toward reducing low belly fat, but it requires a lot of commitment, which some people cannot be able to be consistent, especially when their work schedule is so hectic that it makes it difficult to follow the exercise.

I believe the simplest option is a panniculectomy surgery. This type of surgery allows fat to be extracted from the body. It is quick, but it costs money, and I understand that not everyone can afford it.

I am not fan of surgeries either. From what I see around myself, surgeries have far too many consequences that's not worth taking risk for.

Regarding intermediate fasting, don't we all do that when we are sleep? Everyone sleeps around 8 hours after eating dinner, does that count or are you supposed to do this while awake? Doing this while awake will reduce the meals to 2 a day I presume?

I am not fan of surgeries either. From what I see around myself, surgeries have far too many consequences that's not worth taking risk for.
You don’t need fancy equipment to stay fit, simple exercises like push-ups and squats can be done at home. Surgery isn’t the best option either since it has risks, and you’ll still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle afterward. It’s better to focus on diet and exercise naturally.
