Here are today's posts of the user I've found that simply answer the question of the title of each thread, upon checking, these descriptions can be found if we search it on Google. Didn't even include the link or add a few self-explanations to his post.
I also check the other page of this user's post history, there are more posts content the same as above.

This user previously was warned for plagiarism. This post (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=317056.msg1536649#msg1536649) is an example of an obvious plagiarism from here https://www.fool.com/terms/m/meme-coin/ (https://www.fool.com/terms/m/meme-coin/).
I issued an new warning for the plagiarism and probably he deserves a plagiarism badge already. ???

they will get special badges
report to moderator, will have post deleted

Is this really necessary? — about the posting of the posters.. Or how about just use the "Report to moderator" button instead with detailed descriptions instead?
Well that should be a decision by the admin and other concern members but as you said, I also agreed with you that it better to delete the post instead of giving them badges but for the plagiarism and persistent spammers should be given the badges. There are some posts that contradicting the original post and those posts are to be deleted and not to give badge.
-
Is this really necessary? — about the posting of the posters.. Or how about just use the "Report to moderator" button instead with detailed descriptions instead?
You can use the "Report to moderator" button if you wish, we see those reports as well. But if you want to report about too many cases or you want to make a wider explanation you can share your violation finding in a corresponding topic in this section. It is not mandatory, but sometimes is useful.
But please don't use these topics for the discussion, because moderators pay additional attention to what is happening here. If you want to discuss if these topics are needed, better open the topic somewhere in Forum related section or in Basic questions about this forum.

Is this really necessary? — about the posting of the posters.. Or how about just use the "Report to moderator" button instead with detailed descriptions instead?
That is what I said just now. Because when a user see that someone has reported his post here to be deleted then it will caused enemity between the two. So the best way to report directly to the moderator in the board and one thing I like this forum is the moderators are very active to delete any report. Kudos for them on that. Therefore, I also appeal to admin to reduce the reporting time frame of 100 second to unlimited. One should report as many he can at a time.

I am quite confused as to what is the appropriate section to report such things. Here's a case, I'm not sure if it's a shitposter or a spammer, but it's probably both.

Possible futures of the Ethereum protocol, part 6: The Splurge
Some things are just not easy to put into a single category. There are lots of "little things" in Ethereum protocol design that are very valuable for Ethereum's success, but don't fit nicely into a larger sub-category. In practice, about half of which has ended up being about EVM improvements of various kinds, and the rest is made up of various niche topics. This is what "the Splurge" is for.

Originally, the "Verge" referred to the idea of moving Ethereum state storage to Verkle trees - a tree structure that allows for much more compact proofs, enabling stateless validation of Ethereum blocks. A node could verify an Ethereum block without having any of the Ethereum state (account balances, contract code, storage...) on its hard drive, at a cost of spending a few hundred kilobytes of proof data and a few hundred extra milliseconds verifying a proof. Today, the Verge represents a much larger vision focused on enabling maximally resource-efficient verification of the Ethereum chain, which includes not just stateless validation technology, but also verifying all Ethereum execution with SNARKs.

Sui Price Down Following Network’s First Major Outage
Sui Network experienced its first major outage Thursday, grinding the network to a halt for two hours due to a bug.
Sui, a layer-1 blockchain built by Mysten Labs, experienced its first major outage Thursday, as the network failed to process transactions for around two hours.
Source Link: https://decrypt.co/292833/sui-price-down-major-outage
The outage was caused by a “bug in transaction scheduling logic that caused validators to crash,” Sui’s official account explained on Twitter (aka X). A patch for the issue has since been rolled out, Sui added, which was quickly adopted by the network’s community of validators.
Since the network went live in May 2023, Sui had experienced consistent uptime up until the bug knocked its validators offline. The last incident impacting Sui took place in June, when its testnet experienced a temporary outage.

Crypto asset manager Bitwise has filed for a Solana (SOL) exchange-traded fund (ETF)—just as the asset closes in on a new all-time high price.
The spot ETF, if approved, would give investors exposure to SOL, the fourth-biggest cryptocurrency by market cap.
SOL is now trading hands for just over $255, according to CoinGecko data, after nearly touching $259 on Thursday afternoon. At today's peak, Solana was less than $1 away from its all-time high price set in 2021.

The idea was to poke fun at the huge number of altcoins and crypto projects entering the market following Bitcoin’s rapid ascent, and the coin enjoyed relative obscurity and a low price during its early years.
But then along came Musk. The eccentric billionaire asked Palmer in a 2018 tweet to help with the Twitter bot problem. Scammers had created a number of fake high-profile accounts, including Musk’s, in order to push crypto cons. The scams typically posted fake Ethereum giveaways.

XYO Network co-founder Markus Levin told Cryptonews that Trump’s victory would likely make the global climate more favorable to crypto.
“After all, global institutions like the IMF and World Bank are skeptical of crypto at the moment. So if there is a pro-crypto administration in the White House, those institutions will inevitably become more pro-crypto and in turn have a sizable impact on the world in terms of adoption and favorable regulation,” he added.
Komodo CTO, Kadan Stadlemann, also believes Trump’s win could trigger a bullish market. This is because regulatory relief for US crypto firms might follow, attracting increased investment.

Bitget Launches More Ventures in TON Ecosystem
The $20 million fund isn’t the first venture by Bitget into the burgeoning TON ecosystem.
On June 25, Bitget Wallet launched a comprehensive support package for the TON network.
The initiative aims to connect decentralized applications within the TON ecosystem and further solidify Bitget’s presence in the rapidly expanding landscape.
In addition to the wallet launch, Bitget had previously introduced the Telegram Signal Bot to streamline direct trading signals across various trading communities, enhancing trading efficiency and convenience.
Earlier this year, Telegram launched a new digital payment feature dubbed “Telegram Stars,” allowing users to make in-app purchases.
The ‘Stars’ is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
The move comes with the recent surge in Telegram’s mini apps with millions of users joining every day.
Furthermore, the TON Network has surpassed 1 billion total transactions in the wake of a high-profile memecoin airdrop, which also caused two major network outages.
As reported, the network’s transaction volume has now exceeded 1.04 billion, with half of these transactions occurring in the past three months alone.
Source link: https://cryptonews.com/news/bitget-wallet-launches-20m-fund-for-telegram-mini-apps/
TON’s continued growth is largely attributed to recent developments, including the introduction of the W5 smart wallet standard.
The smart wallet standard, launched in collaboration with Tonkeeper, promises to deliver gasless transactions on TON blockchain.

If you take a look at this users post history, you'll notice that he goes around to some news related sites or blogs, copies their entire content, and then shares it here, only including the source link at the bottom. He isn't adding any real value to his post, nor engaging in constructive discussion, nor leaving any personal opinion. I did a comparison and saw that, some of the posts are not his own, not a single word, he literally copy pasted the whole thing, the full content. I believe he is using this copy paste strategy only to fill the weekly quota!

Donald Trump’s Win Sparks Hopes for Bullish Crypto Market and Regulatory Relief
This year, Trump has shown strong support for the crypto industry. He called for a national Bitcoin reserve and vowed to dismiss SEC chair Gary Gensler, a crypto opponent, on his first day if re-elected. Additionally, he endorsed a decentralized finance project called World Liberty Financial, where his family holds a key role.
XYO Network co-founder Markus Levin told Cryptonews that Trump’s victory would likely make the global climate more favorable to crypto.

As Dogecoin makes a comeback off the back of Bitcoin’s surge, some may be pondering: Where did the asset come from? What’s it for? And what’s Tesla CEO Elon Musk got to do with it?
The original meme coin’s boom largely has the world’s richest man to thank. Musk’s obsession with shitposting helped boost the coin to a top 10 cryptocurrency.
It’s been a wacky ride over the past few years, culminating in Musk's appointment to co-lead a government agency called D.O.G.E.—yes, really. But we'll explain it all.
Dogecoin is the biggest and oldest meme coin and the second-biggest proof-of-work cryptocurrency. It was created in 2013 as a joke by developers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer.

With the evidence form @DYING_SOUL.
I just make the evidence more stronger, understandable and can not be edited by @paragon2 anymore.
I understand the issue raised (it's valid so thanks for reporting), but to be clear this isn't plagiarism. Have moved the report to the shitposting topic, as this is simply low quality posting.
Plagiarism is attempting to pass off another words as your own, and is based on not providing a source for your words. In this case, the user has provided the source each time.
As for how to act, I'm in two minds about this. On the one hand, they were warned about low quality posting 8 months ago, and continue to provide low quality posts, thus are deserving the LQP penalty (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=13796..0); without the need to first receive a strike and a second strike etc. On the other hand, this has been reported to the bounty manager and the user won't be paid for these posts, so I'd like to think they'd stop making them.
I'm also eager to hear from the user in question, as if they are willing to change their posting habits, there is really no need to apply a penalty at present. I'm aware this is a very lenient approach that could well backfire in the near future (similar to other cases of leniency in recent months regarding shitposters specifically), but given Royse777 is already dealing with this in an appropriate manner, I'd like think mod involvement in the issue is not necessary yet.

Note: You might notice I made the report twice, since I was confused and didn't knew where to report, hence twice!
That's OK. You put the report in the right place, and it's better to have all the information is the same place when dealing with such issues :)
I otherwise consider your description of "low quality copy paste poster" to be 100% accurate, as not all copy & pasting is plagiarism.
+1. PS - Is this your 2nd or 3rd report now?

P.S: sorry for the delay, I didn't noticed this question until now, because you re-edited this post!

OK have added you to D team now as you also provided that translation very quickly, and because I'm feeling generous more importantly. Worth noting that in future I probably won't be feeling so generous and any bad/wrong reports are effectively a -4 in my mind (not karma, but reports required to become d team member), so you'd need 4 good reports to nullify a bad one. This is just a reminder for users to try and not abuse the system etc, especially with the high karma reward associated. I'm also going to take recent suggestions and increase the number of reports required by a difficult of roughly 2x, so it'll be 5-10 now, as the team also feels pretty settled and doesn't require any further membership. I'll add you to the official list once you go away. I can't do so when you are online, that doesn't work.

Lol no worries. I didn't expect you to read my reply within 3 minutes to be honest ;D

Thank you for your generosity. Sorry, but I couldn't understand what you meant by this!

You said it all, it's a NORM and everyone should conform to it as every organisation have there own rules
Your thoughts align with mine, it's a combination of both because several factors affect the outcome of a game
How will you restrict a gambler's access to money when he works and earns?
I have also seen cases where a gambler fainted instantly after loosing a game he was previously shown 11 million as cashout with only one game in hand
There's no verifed secrets of gambling and loosing less, after loosing less for a long period of time you will realise you have lost a fortune
If your parents didn't care about you, intimes of the friends you keep, you going out and coming in, invest in your education probably you wouldn't be were you are today. Learn to care about loved ones
I concur with you, gambling targets every one even if the poor gamble more but we should understand that the rich gamble too because they want to make more money
You hit the nail on the head. Quick money making is the main reason why people gamble
It's a matter of morality but not every job that is morally right are suitable for women.
I will advice my sister against gambling addiction not to quit

After reviewing the user's posts (and the evidence you've provided), I see that you are right. The user receives his first warning (20%) and I hope it helps him change his behavior and habits when posting on the forum.
Thank you for your time and attention.
