Is it right for a lady to gamble ?

Asking if it's right for a lady to gamble is the same as asking if it's right for a lady to make money.
We live in a time in the world when there's high clamour for gender equality. A time when wen claim that what aan can do that they can do better.

As a lover of football, I have seen ladies who are die hard fans of several football clubs and as such they understand the intricacies of gambling.

If it's right for a man to gamble then it's right for a woman too.

I definitely agree with you because in this present time that we find ourselves in our society there's no reason to worry about if someone is male or female when doing something so woman has the same right as much as men to gamble and anything that will Make women not to gamble will amount to segregation in our society which will not be a good thing so there is nothing wrong with a woman gambling if she wants to gamble

You're right. Both men and women can gamble because there is no gender limitation. But I think there should be more men than women because men like more games than women. Nowadays, there are already many ladies who gamble or play online games. It is not really surprising anymore if there are many women in gambling.

When an activity starts getting many people and involves people from different worlds, it is important that what the activity causes adds value to our interactions. Each man has right to decide, but this decision must be made being fully informed and understanding the outcomes. Most of the things we spend our energy, creativity, and ideas in are unfruitful, instead let’s use our time to create something more productive for ourselves and the society. In this way, we not only take proper care of ourselves, but also achieve a genuine support of our environment which is important in the process of our work. However the type of activity that we wish to engage in it would be more beneficial if that activity produced sustainable benefits not mere pleasures in the short term.

Gambling is never been requiring for some gender for you to be able to play and i dont know on why people are really that thinking up that gambling is really just that for men. Yes, we can be able to tell that when it  comes to risks factor then everything will really be just that the same. It is really just that gambling field is being flocked up by men since they are more that adventurous compared to women and we do know that they dont really like on losing money into something that they cant be able to use. They would really be rather spending up on make up kits or any beautification rather on losing everything on gambling. Women doesnt really like to deal up with risky things or something that wont benefit them.

women are profitable for business and if they agree to work or play in a casino, its their life. we've seen enough women who can do what men do that some prefer to already just live by herself.
so many women today who works in casinos too so its not surprising anymore to see women also gamble and i don't mind.

people who doesn't like people gambling i guess does have the idea in mind that gambling is all they do in their lives. if a woman gamble, it could just be one episode of her life.

This is an issue of morality and morality is based on jurisdiction. That is, what is accepted in a country might be unaccepted in another country and vice versa. Whether it is proper for a lady to gamble or not depends on the legislation in that country. On this ground, I will base my discourse on what is obtainable in my country Nigeria. The legislation on gambling did not prohibit a lady from gambling. Only a minor (a person below 18 years) is prohibited from gambling. So, unless the lady is below 18 years then it becomes improper for her to gamble and this is even the same with the male folks.

The rationality behind gambling is to bring pleasure and happiness to people and if this is the sole reason why people should gamble then there is no wrong for a female to gamble because she also desires pleasure and happiness. It is totally out of place to say that gambling is a male thing. Is there any law which confirms it is a male thing? I have searched and I couldn’t find any law in this regard so it is misleading to say that gambling is a male thing. The only thing I know is that it is common to see more males in some form of gambling than females like Sports betting and it is also common to see women playing Bingo than you see men. This justifies that there is nothing wrong with a lady gambling.

I definitely won't be fine with my sister and wife or even daughters playing gamble, it's something I see as inappropriate but I doubt if there's anything morally, legally, socially, cultural wrong with women involvement in gambling

It's not an issue of morality but rather a cultural or societal expectation. There's no such job which are not "suitable" for women. It's solely because of gender biases. Same with gambling.

Gender psychology is completely different... men prefer to be involved in something that is high risk, and it has been an instinct since birth because men must be able to earn money for their families, so fate says that men must take risks....

While women sometimes also get involved in gambling, but tend to be low risk and more pleasing visuals... I often see women playing sweet bonanza, yes maybe visuals have a big influence on women...

When we do see such patterns then this is where we do make out that conclusions that gambling should be a male only kind of activity but just as i said that there's no such thing about having that gender limited when it comes to gambling as this is an activity that even female could deal with. It is really just that women arent that interested too much about gambling because losing money is really that they dont really like on having that. They would really be rather trying out to deal up with things like on beauty products or any thing which is really that related into it. They would be rather spending their money than on doing gambling or simply they do hate up these places but actually there are still those who do play but not really that much in compared to males.

I believe this is due to the dangers of gambling; if your sister or wife comes to you with a large win, you will want to share in the victory and even applaud their betting skill. I would not be surprised if you start asking for their predictions too.

We all want money, and no one ever frowns when a gambler wins. The only reason people become angry with gamblers in the first place is that they are unsure whether the gambler will win due to the difficulty of winning in gambling because the results are always unpredictable.

There's are actually women who gamble one thing that I see that influence people to gamble is their live for sports especially football and the number of people who follow sporting activities are actually the male gender so they kind of back it up with gambling too but that doesn't mean that woman doesn't like or follow sports there are women I have seen going to watch football matches in the viewing centers who are die heart football fans so gambling as a subject is not gender based because anyone can go into it it all depends on the view of the person involved there are more men into gambling because they are well prepared to handle loses than women who are more easily emotional about lose
