Title: Altcoins season looks uncertain this year.
Post by: Bobcrypto on November 13, 2024, 11:29:26 AM
The bitcoin price is looking very bullish and there is higher possibility that dominance rate will increase. Since this year Bitcoin rate has been performing very well with no signs of it coming down anytime this year. As at the time of writing this post, dominance rate is standing around 59.80%. which is very high for altcoins to pump.
Having said that, I am of the opinion that despite the current Bitcoin up trends movements, there are still strong demands
for btc, with no much supply going into the market. Do you think altcoins season is still likely to happen this year?

There were alt seasons this year. Even in this last bull run, some altcoins increased so significantly. You can check about PNUT that top the market right now to understand. Many altcoins increased in price in this year. They are so many that I can not mention them. But old coins are not increasing as expected, probably you are checking the price of the old coins.

Do not let the marketcap of bitcoin make you think they are not increasing. Those coins have tiny marketcap if compared to bitcoin. Even their incresse and decrease in marketcap is still small after they increase or decrease significantly in price.

It is worth knowing that altcoins are gambling.

In my opinion, the altseason is already here haha, look at Doge which has risen more than 120% in 1 week, among several coins

You have to consider 2 things this time:

1 - there are more and more coins on the market, and the value is even more diluted
2 - this rise is strongly linked to the institutional, and companies won't invest in random altcoins, they came for BTC, so I think it's more difficult for the marketcap to rotate towards altcoins this time

I think the rise of memecoins can be considered as Altcoin season for me. It happened on the first to second quarter or even the last quarter this year and a lot of millionaires emerged. This trend for me was very certain and maybe this will stay for long depending on it's evolution after NFT boom.

This is bitcoin bull run and not altcoins. However, some altcoins can be influenced by the price movement of bitcoin but it will be with a little profit. Meme coins are pumping like crazy this period but it's good that you take profit when you can and don't keep them for long because they might not recover after a dip.

In fact most of the altcoins cannot be purchased directly using fiat currency as most buyers first buy bitcoin and then trade it to get other altcoins. But the principle they apply is the opposite. Because first they sell their assets for bitcoin and then convert it to fiat currency. This symbiotic relationship dictates that all altcoins are often tied to bitcoin. However, even if the price of bitcoin increases then the profit is distributed to a very limited number of tokens. Anyway the market of altcoins may take longer to pump because investors are now rushing to bitcoin. So if bitcoin new record is broken then many investors will come back to buy altcoins.

At first because of the retracement and some sort of slow down in the Bitcoin price movement I thought the bull was actually fading away gradually but it seems it isn't so. Around late this afternoon I saw some persons talking about a CPI news and one of them said that if the news we have to drop bitcoin with definitely pump and that is a exactly what we are experiencing right now.

Ever since trump won the election and the bull started bitcoin dominance has been increasing rapidly usually check the chart these days and on coin market cap the dominance is almost 60% with around 59.99% now. With the current moment too it's very possible for bitcoin to reach 100k this year or probably even more.

Bitcoin price is in a lot of volatility right now due to which altcoin bull season is not seen.  Altcoin bull run cannot be seen when Bitcoin price does not stabilize at a certain price.  Probably after Bitcoin price hits 100k there will be a major correction then altcoin bull run will be seen.  The market is still reeling from the election of Donald Trump and the hype of Donald Trump's comments on Bitcoin due to which the market is not returning to its normal pace.  It will take some more time.  Maybe the maximum will take until the end of this year and the beginning of the new year will be the bull run of altcoins

Some Altcoins have done really great by reacting to the recent bitcoin bullish movement to some extent even though it can't be compared in anyway with bitcoin, but i guess altcoin investors won't complain that there wasn't any opportunity to get some profits from the few we've seen so far. While there are others that haven't react at all, and i think this current bitcoin bullish movement could be the only opportunity that all altcoins might have this year, so if anyone fails to do well, then, holders/investors should probably prepare for next year.

in a span of a week, doge had gone that up. almost too alarming but looks good.
so many altcoins are left out where price still the same though. i think this is just a selective bull run again just like in the beginning of this year where only BTC is rising.

whatever the difference is, those who had invested on popular coins such as doge or SOL,  can invest more to what they hold.  same crypto marketcap back in 2021 yet the prices are not what you expect. fewer people must have been investing on altcoins this 2024.

if it weren't for elon i guess doge is also sinking down its CMC rank.

It's definitely not altcoin season and to be honest I don't think we even need one right now, most of the time it came with a shitload of useless tokens, and nowadays with this sudden rise, we might experience growth before they are even able to launch a thousand pump and dump clones to take advantage of the hype. Bitcoin only season sounds good and looks good to me for now.

Altcoins is full of manipulators and self centered people who only care about their bags and since there has not been any political moves about them, they aren't into the eyes of the institutional investors like the way Bitcoin has won many heart of the people. I can't also recall Donald Trump made any promises about any altcoins, just Bitcoin he said.

If not for this political calling, do you really think Bitcoin would have pump the way it's running up like this? Definitely not, we would probably be in another bear market by now but the US sentiment promises is still in the head of people, Bitcoin reserve isn't? Let's wait and see if that happens or not.

When many coins are created weekly. This would be what will later happen. What I am watching out for is if the old coins will not pump in this season. This is telling people something. That coins would be created, pumped. Later dumped and left for new coins. This is what is happening in this bull run. But let us see if some would be like EOS of 2020/2021 bull run that people thought will not pump but later got to $14 before falling more than 9 or 10 times. Even ethereum which people thought will not disappoint is disappointing. Only bitcoin and BNB got to all-time high yet that I know bit bitcoin is far better and had more ROI.

It doesn't really matter at this point because altcoins are being pulled up by BTC anyway. A quick glance at gecko and I already saw greens for most alts in the last 7 days.

Even some newly created token like the Peanut is shooting up. If you've been following what's happening in the US the past couple of weeks, you'll probably know what this token is all about.

Some altcoins got affected by the bull run of BTC and this showed a positivity on their price trend despite it's dominance especially for Memecoins.. the likes of PEPE even reaching a new ATH of o .000022 and others which may likely not be as popular since the crypto market has a lot of coins. The likes of $X expressed a significant uptrend even $GRASS too, they both expressed a positive effect of market trend during this bull period.

With the trend of some of these memes, it's also a bull run for them too... So I could say the altcoins are here tooo.
While there are still some tokens that is likely struggling too with the inability to follow up with the current trend..

In conclusion I would say there's a partial altcoins season now

Usually, altcoin season will start when Bitcoin price is sideways, right? So let's just wait, because the current BTC price is still rising and there are no signs of sideways. Let's try to wait a few days to see if BTC will really touch $100k, and then sideways or not. But I'm sure that altcoin season will come soon, even though it's either the end of this year or next year. It's not long now, so let's optimize the chances to get or accumulate the altcoins we're targeting and prepare for the bullish era later.

I think that you could express correct decision in your post. Because we saw that bitcoin bull run is already started in cryptocurrency market. So i think that this bull market will be continue in cryptocurrency market. Besides we know that when bitcoin price is up then others crypto currency market level is increase. But in this time all altcoin price is not increase in cryptocurrency market. Some of altcoin price is increase in this time. I think that within a short time most of the altcoin price will increase in cryptocurrency market.

This is the time for Bitcoin to really shine and I can feel that it is sucking most of the excitement and energy of the market though we can say there is some form of selective bull run for some alts too. I am still looking forward next year for a massive altcoins season which can be so incomparable to what we are getting now in  MOONVEMBER. We have to understand that there can be time for all things and we should just watch and enjoy Bitcoin for its very dramatic, skyrocketing moon ride. The best thing to do is to add more and more alts to our portfolio in time for the first quarter of 2025.

Although there are significant increases in some altcoins such as Ethereum, Doge, PEPE and Shiba which have seen significant increases in the past few days, it cannot be said yet that the altcoin season has begun.

The rise of some altcoins does not mean that we have started the altcoin season unless we see a very significant increase in the vast majority of altcoins, this usually happens when Bitcoin’s market dominance declines and liquidity moves from Bitcoin to altcoin.

The Bitcoin season is still in its early stages, so we should not rush.

Some of the altcoins always on the trend but no altcoins has consistency of maintaining its growth for long term. Based on the history the altcoins will rise along with Bitcoin and also they stay a little longer after Bitcoin becomes bearish but it's still a long way to go, so if one can identify the right coin they can make a fortune but the problem is looking for a needle in a hay stack.

Honestly i want to wait for that day because i already have a bag full of several altcoins. Indeed, today the investors are chasing bitcoin for profit. Since everyone is now thinking about buying and selling more and more bitcoins, the amount of investors for altcoins is less. In the future if the price of bitcoin is brackish and there is a situation like going down then everyone will turn to altcoins. I hold a mix of old and new altcoins that are still under dumping.

If it has to be with BTC, why is there USDT in every trade? So it's a mistake if altcoins can only be bought with BTC because the alternative to BTC is USDT. In my opinion, altcoins don't want to move up yet, where people are more interested in meme coins at the moment, compared to top altcoins.

Lately this year the market has continued to increase even all coins are involved in this situation, with the many encouragements towards this cryptocurrency will make crypto more advanced in the future ... indeed bitcoin is the first center of all coins, in my opinion altcoins are still moving in the market and we see the doge coin, there are still many people buying it and the price increase is so fast that many people make big profits.

I once read on social media that altcoin season might happen in December or early January, I forgot to screenshot or see the news from which source. I also intended to accumulate altcoins again, waiting for the price to correct first, but since the beginning of the month, it turns out that the price has been increasing and some of the top altcoins that I am targeting have actually increased in price, there has been no correction. hahaha
This is quite annoying because I want the coin price to go down for a moment to be able to accumulate, but it turns out that it is still soaring. hahaha

Hopefully there is still a chance for the price to go down first, so I can take some of the targeted altcoins. Waiting for ETH and SOL to go down a bit first, maybe there will be a market correction soon? Because the market trend is still up.

As bitcoin hits new ATH we all have seen altcoins doing well and some potential altcoins are already approaching their ATH. PEPE and DOGE are two popular meme coins right now and those who have profited from these two coins are very lucky because with the rise of bitcoin the meme coins also go up in price.

No one can predict what will happen in the future; altcoins are following BTC price movement these days because BTC dominance is nearly 60%, which pushes altcoin prices higher, but this is not the altcoin season yet.

My estimation is that altcoin season will happen next year. I am not sure when altcoin will become bullish, but it could be between June and July, that's the date when altcoin season begins. My prediction is based on the BTC price cycle; if it remains the same, altcoins should rise more than BTC.

We have to be patient waiting for the Altcoin season to arrive, because now everyone is focused on Bitcoin. But we must not lose focus on Altcoin either, because usually after the Bitcoin Season, the Altcoin Season will arrive soon. Lately, the price movement has been extraordinary, this started after the US election won by Donald Trump, now is the time for us to prepare the Altcoins we have, to welcome the Altcoin season.

Yes I agree, we can't say that the altcoin season has started until the coins make gains compared to their last peak, Pepe is very close but Doge is still far away as well as most altcoins.

But for Doge, its previous peak was at $0.73 because of Elon Musk's interest in Doge at that time and his positive statements and buying a large amount of Doge, but now I find it difficult for Doge to reach its previous peak because it is no longer as popular as it was back then. Do you think Doge can reach its previous peak?

Until Bitcoin is at a stable level, it will be difficult to see the expected bull run of altcoins. But the picture we used to see in the market in previous years that is changing. In the last 2021 bull market, Bitcoin remained bullish for a long time and then dumped, but this year, Bitcoin's high momentum is not very sustainable. Due to which the altcoins are not getting enough time to increase in price. A major reason for this situation is that Bitcoin ETF traders who do not hold Bitcoin sell their assets at a small profit. I think it will take time to recover from this situation.

During altcoin keep growing up and movement new ATH price seems difficult to see altcoin season because investor more interested for investing in bitcoin than altcoin and make bitcoin get dominance in market. I think need for next year moment waiting for will altcoin season coming because many time bitcoin have reach new ATH price not give impact yet for altcoin get recovery faster such as altcoin.
Maybe waiting bitcoin price stable and potential for altcoin season however nowadays moment for meme coins season only after several top meme coins success break out to higher price.

i might be putting too much trust on elon musk and i know many holders of doge do not like the fact that the coin's only identity is being tied to elon musk but what can we do? it is true that doge is highly associated with elon musk and depending on what elon decides to do, doge can grow popular again

now with elon musk part of the us govt because of trump i seriously think that doge may be given some of love and attention too lets just wait i am quite confident that it will happen soon

I really thought that I'm the only one thinking about this one.
The fact that even the top altcoin right now which is Ethereum hasn't even reached its previous ATH yet is a bit concerning. Its price right now is nowhere near its previous ATH which is around the $4,800 price.

On the flip side, I also believe that altcoin season comes out a few weeks after Bitcoin goes up, and right now, we are seeing it already. Bitcoin reached new ATH over new ATH over the past few days while most of the top altcoins hasn't go up yet. I guess let's wait for a few weeks, and hope for the best. I'm also holding some altcoins and the selling price target that I set is nowhere near its current price.

Of course, if the bull run price is stable or keeps pumping without correction, those altcoins will have the time to be influenced by the uptrend movement, but since bitcoin price is not stable as you said, is making it difficult for altcoins to get their own moment and for that reason, they only increase with very small percentage and if bitcoin retraces back, they will lose the little profit they had.

It is hard to predict when altcoin season will happen but if not in this 1,5 month then in the next quarter of 2025 altseason will certainly happen. Those who already bought good tokens few months ago and holding them they should not sell their tokens now and wait for upcoming pump which is certain.

It does not matter that much when altseason will come if you have not bought alts then prepare dollars to buy token in any dump you find from now. Otherwise, it's useless to talk about altseason we should not invest in meme coins in the hope that they will also pump in altseason.

Current Bitcoin price trend looks very strong and could lead to increased dominance. Bitcoin has performed exceptionally well this year resulting in dominance rate of 60+%. This makes it difficult for other cryptocurrencies means for altcoins to experience significant growth. However Bitcoin continued growth is fueled by strong demand and limited availability. Given these conditions, it is unclear if altcoins will have chance to thrive this year. If dominance will go down then altcoins will pump and they will give much profit to their holders.

As the altcoin season has started, only some of the ones we see are not showing a good movement such as ETH, BNB and others while memecoin has always been a bullish trend where many people think memecoin will exceed bullish altcoins.

Doge jumps very high
Other memecoins are also the same we can see how memecoins that have only been launched for a few months are able to reach these large capitalists can beat altcoins that have utility.

Maybe we should partially agrees that some coins are already in their alts season together with bitcoin since they have already experienced more than 10x multiplier in their price, we can still in other way say that we are not in yet as fully expected because not all or majority of the altcoins have experienced this bullrun, some are not pumping at all while some are doing that mildly, maybe January could be the targeted time for the majority of them to go in season.

I think we haven't entered the altcoin season yet, because I see the increase in altcoins has not been able to follow bitcoin, only some altcoins have increased but are still far from ATH.
We should wait for bitcoin to reach ATH again and be more stable for some time before we can see the altcoin season.
It takes patience to invest in crypto, so keep holding on to your potential coins.

Agree, altcoin has not moved yet.. but if we look back altcoin has price changes and this is what people say that altcoin invites big profits even the profits are many times, it's just that altcoin is a trash coin but in all of them it's trash.. investing in altcoins on the top board is highly recommended because of the high level of profit and low risk.

Hopefully there is still a chance for the price to go down first, so I can take some of the targeted altcoins. Waiting for ETH and SOL to go down a bit first, maybe there will be a market correction soon? Because the market trend is still up.
Opportunities to buy again are always there, mate. Let's just wait because the crypto market habit will experience a correction after touching ATH, I am also waiting for a correction from bitcoin because I plan to buy Solanan, BNB and XRP again. and maybe some other potential coins that are in the lidt that I will buy and am still observing.
Yes, it seems like I have to be more patient waiting again. Yesterday it went down, but the targeted rate might have been too small. Maybe before the altcoin season, ETH will go down again to at least $2600? SOL to $200? As for XRP, I'm a little traumatized, but fortunately for XRP and ADA there are already a few, but I don't know which one I'll take later, because funds are also limited. I have to be more careful in choosing coins whose potential increase might be much higher because the capital is not too much.

It seems like that, although it may not be the peak of the altcoin season, but the increase in altcoins has started in most altcoins. There are even many altcoins that have reached tens of percent increase. This happened because of the effect of the increase in the price of BTC which is indeed very significant.

However, it is true that, usually, the increase in the price of Altcoins in the altcoins seasons will only really happen in full when the price of BTC has started to go sideways. Yes, maybe this is just the beginning, so we should optimize this period to plan to add accumulation, or wait a little longer for correction, if there is one. I believe that the altcoins season will really happen soon, and it's time for us to start making some plans to optimize the TP we are targeting. Please, remind us to be wise and don't be greedy.

Altcoins will always benefit when bitcoin price pumps in indirect way but its not always for all of them, imagine there are thousand of these, most are just memes and useless. Those established projects will and the big ones will probably increase.

I think we have to wait more some times to see real bull session for Altcoins which we called altsession. I think we well saw Altsession first of 2025. We saw after USA election and victory of Donald Trump Bitcoin's price increasing but Altcoins are not increasing like Bitcoin.

I think when bitcoin price will stable then Altcoins price will increase and then we will saw Altsession. I think for Altsession we have to wait more few months.

If you checked the altcoins prices movement recently, you must be aware that we are getting closer with altcoins season. I don't understand why you assume we should wait for more times, next month may be the beginning of big altcoins season. Anyway, it is untrue that 2025 will be the first altcoins season, we already experienced altcoins season many times.

Yes, Trump's effect is real. After he won the election, Bitcoin and altcoins started to increase quickly. The increase of crypto prices have been more massive than few weeks ago.

I think when bitcoin price will stable then Altcoins price will increase and then we will saw Altsession. I think for Altsession we have to wait more few months.
In theory, altcoins season will come when Bitcoin is in sideways. But it is in theory, it doesn't always follow the theory 100%. So, even if Bitcoin still increases gradually, I think it is not impossible that altcoins season begins sooner. According to predictions of some experienced investors, we are almost starting the big altcoins season.

Altcoin season don’t often come the time that we’re seeing a bull run in the market and bitcoin is pumping. There is need to see a shift of investors into the altcoin from bitcoin before we will see a major bull happening in the altcoin space. Just like you said, the altcoin season is not what I’m also expecting this year, the year is already coming to an end, and we may not see a shift in trend now till next year probably.

Many altcoins have risen above 30% due to the significant rise in btc, but we still don't see that altcoins are really bullish, I see ETH is still stagnant above $3000 more while bitcoin is already high.

Now we are observing some altcoins, just want to get enough profit and will not target more than 100% profit because we know if we are greedy too much then this will be a loss.
But will optimize as much as possible just to take advantage of this altcoin season.

Altcoins seasons comes when there is something unique for people to make money and everyone is trying to fear of missing out. That's currently what the altcoin market is not doing anything. People want to make money so badly and yet they are been skeptical of the coins to buy, that's why meme coins are just running up so they can make quick profits.

During the ICO bull run period, altcoins made a run because people wanted to participate in initial coin offering, during the Defi bull run, everyone was ready to buy anything but right now, there is nothing new to get everyone to buy altcoins. Without this, I'm not sure there is going to be altcoins run.

Interpretations of the transition from Bitcoin to altcoins, after all, deserve attention since the dynamics within the crypto market repeat many cycles. If we are positive about this, there is what can be done; while in the correction phase, one of the most effective tactics that can be employed is selecting strong-basing altcoins most likely to trending upwards. But I think that we need to be careful, even though the signals for us look promising, in the meantime, in the crypto market, there is such a factor as volatility.

Before entering an investment position it is always wise to check whether we have a correct mix and if it suits us in terms of the risk we are willing to take. By doing so we avoid getting carried away by the ‘‘buy’ fear the market may create and, therefore, managing expectations while keeping it real is a good way to go. Thus, we can keep on learning the conditions of the market and renewing such fundamental data of altcoins that possess a perspective for long-term position, so any action is based on a more solid ground.

The concept of using trends of innovations to attract investors hence acting as a major market is not wrong in the altcoin market. When there are no more innovations to take the market by its neck, the movements in the market stagnate and this breeds some form of uncertainty amongst market participants. However, instead of spending our time analysing past trend cycles, we can shift our attention to projects that have permanent value that is beneficial for the company and will remain beneficial in the future. Therefore, more stability can be considered as selecting assets based on such fundamental criteria as technology proposed, the team, or possible applications.

Moreover, in the process of investment, we do not only need to diversifier but also not to invest in a particular type of asset. Although investing in meme coins or high-risk tokens may be okay for getting a quick buck, having a more diversified portfolio becomes useful in defending volatile situations within the market. In this way, it is still possible to advance in new trends, but at the same time, to avoid unfavourable losses. Switching in strategies depending on the current environment is a good move towards most rewarding in the market.

I think people don't feel confused, they are aware that Trump effect really brings big impact to crypto world. Bitcoin almost reaches $100k now and most altcoins have increased quite massive.

So i think we have to wait what will happen. I also think already started or begaining of 2025 we will see next Altsession there has no doubt.
Indeed. We must be patient to wait for the altcoins season. It may be in the beginning of 2025, it can be in Q1 or Q2. If we do some analysis or research, it is very possible to have the beginning of altcoins season in January 2025.

It's been pumping but still way behind it's previous all time high.

And if we compare them to Bitcoin, by now they should be really at near or have broken it's all time high already, but it's not yet happening. Meaning that the money is still on Bitcoin right now, that's where they are pouring in because they know that's where the money is for now. Or at least profits is greater on Bitcoin. But there will be time, I guess, maybe in 2025, that there will be a shift or there will be a separate bull run for altcoin itself.

Almost everyone predicts altcoin season will come next year, because there has been no shift of funds from bitcoin, because investors usually shift their funds after bitcoin to altcoin but currently altcoin has not shown good price movements still far from its ATH. Maybe it will happen next year.

I will not disagree with you here that alternative coins season could be start in the first quarter of 2025 because even we see a good pump on altcoins but today we are seeing that market was going to dumping specially the altcoins are dumping hugely.
And in this case I think Bitcoin making it's correction now and maybe we are going to say some dump market to the end days of November.  Now let's see if Bitcoin can recover after its correction in December. If it can't recover, I think the altcoin season will definitely not start in December.

I really have strange  believes that Altcoin will pump very high next year, I have just made up my mind that altcoin pumping won’t be possible this year cause BTC has been very high on the crypto market and non of the altcoin proving to have the potential of moving same way as bitcoin. Altcoin investors have a great believe that their bull run is very not far from them it just by the corner we are just waiting very patiently for the time to come.

I won't disagree with you, but nothing can be said about the market right now because it currently appears that Bitcoin is undergoing a market correction and as a result, the altcoins are going downward again, as much as they pumped.
Now the main thing is how long this correction market stage of Bitcoin will last. Because when Bitcoin recovers again and goes to 100k, the market will show green line again and later the altcoin season will start because we all know that first the bull season of Bitcoin starts and then the altcoin season starts.

Because of your comments regarding Bitcoin's dominance in the crypto market, I felt the need to check the current figures myself. I found that Bitcoin's dominance has decreased slightly from 59.8 to 57.42%. However, I believe that this dominance will likely continue to decrease next year when the altcoin market begins to gain momentum.

Typically, the cycle goes like this: after a Bitcoin season, we enter an altcoin season. It's important to note that not all altcoins experience growth at the same rate as Bitcoin.

When bitcoin dominance decreases it means there is a shift of money from bitcoin to altcoins, but usually it happens when altcoin season comes. Bitcoin dominance will gradually decrease until there is a shift of investor funds from bitcoin to altcoins, currently bitcoin is experiencing a correction and has dropped to a price of $ 91K, it is likely to drop further and investors will buy some potential altcoins that they think are still far from ATH and will bring profits next year.

Well said and here we are also seein that the dominance of the altcoins were increasing a little bit. Currently I am seeing on coinmarketcap  That the dominance of Bitcoin is about 57.4% it is decreased about 1.35% and the  etherium is about 13% and its  increase only 0.11% and the others have 29.7% where it is increase now 1.24%. So we can say that the  some of bitcoin investors are shifting them to the altcoins and I think we will see more it on the market. And I think this is an strong signal of the altcoin season.

Am actually sensing something like this as well, right from the way bitcoin have started this season and the beginning of this year, it has been pumping and there is more to depict from this, the market is fast rising and other coins are not pumping at the same pace with the bitcoin market, which means there is still more in expectations over the time to see from the altcoins market in launching into their season in proper.

Uncertain. We know alt season starts soon after bull run. So we should wait for bull run to end. As bull run is still going on, investors in alt coin should wait.  Already we are seeing alt coin prices starting to rise. It is quite certain that the alt season will start at the end of the bull run. So investors in alt coin should not be disappointed and wait. In the past years we have seen that the alt season starts at the end of the bull run.  is  So I hope it will not be confusing to those who are aware of the market.

by waiting for the unavoidable activity where the current market situation is the opposite, btc has gone up to the moon, altcoin has not shown any movement, whether the altcoin session is in 2024 or 2025, but by looking at the market conditions I am sure the altcoin season will occur in Q1 2025, let's just see

BTC is on the limelight and unless it hits $100k, altcoin market might not have it's own bull run yet. Obviously, all money is on BTC, and I reckon even altcoin supporters are inside BTC because that's where the money is.

But if there is a shift, it could happen early 2025, and the dominance of BTC should be lower so that money is going into the altcoin market. So for now, the best thing to do is to continue to accumulate altcoins and then wait for it to run it's own course of a bull run in 2025.

The drop from 59% to 57% is not a small drop for coin dominance, it is indirectly related to a very large market movement even though it only drops 1% or 2% for Bitcoin's dominance level...

If relying on the previous season pattern to analyze the altseason that occurs after the BTC season, it is a little more challenging, because we don't know if the previous cycle was the last or just a coincidence that it repeated itself... but what is certain is that the altcoin season seems to have occurred since a week ago, looking at the chart on CMC that on the weekly TF, altcoins have better progress than Bitcoin.

There may be a shift now but it is still small and the possibility of a shift from bitcoin to altcoin will occur next year. Currently bitcoin is still very strong and we are still waiting for investors to start moving to invest in altcoin, then we can see the price of altcoin will increase. I also target some potential altcoins that I hold.

but by looking at the market conditions I am sure the altcoin season will occur in Q1 2025, let's just see
generally we can expect the entire crypto market to be doing well by that time actually now there’s already some altcoins doing well (not TOO well to be considered an altcoin season but also not doing that bad) for those holding altcoins don’t lose hope yet it can still happen in a few months
Well, altcoins have not increased in price to the same extent as Bitcoin. There is still a lot of time and there is a possibility that the price of altcoins will increase. When Bitcoin reached its highest price in the last bull run, the price of altcoins increased significantly. In comparison, this year, although Bitcoin is higher, the price of altcoins has not changed much, but altcoins have started to have an impact on the market. In the meantime, some altcoins have started to become bullish. I believe that since the price of Bitcoin is increasing, many investors will now increase their investment in altcoins and the alt session will begin.

Which data do you see friends, I see altcoins actually have a crazier increase than Bitcoin... except ETH, maybe ETH's development is not as significant as other altcoins, but if we look at the price movements of SOL, BNB or popular memecoins like DOGE and PEPE, we see the price growth is the best...

I see, altcoins are crazier than Bitcoin and even greener than bitcoin for bullish issues at the moment.

I think you are right that altcoins have not gone up in price as much as Bitcoin at least not yet. In past when Bitcoin reached new highs altcoins also went up in price a lot. This year that has not happened but it is possible that altcoins are just getting started. Some altcoins are already showing signs that they might go up in price so it is likely that investors will start to pay attention and invest more in altcoins. This could make price of altcoins go up and it will be interesting to see what happens next. And there is one more thing which is stopping altcoins from going up. That is Bitcoin Dominance. Altcoins are waiting dump in Bitcoin Dominance. When it will go down automatically the altcoins will pump.

Mate I hold several altcoins for a long time but they have not yet touched the previous  ATH. I also believe that not all alt coins will get new all time high. But most of my old tokens are listed top exchange platform. I am not saying that the price of altcoins has not increased but compared to the bullish movement that was in 2021, even though the Bitcoin price was close to 100k, the price of altcoins has not increased accordingly. But hopefully we will get it in a few days. Especially in the first quarter of next year.

Be patient, mate. If you are holding potential altcoins, their prices should increase gradually. They may have the chance to reach their ATHs, or even create a new ATHs in the next few weeks/months. You said you are holding old coins, I assume they are top coins. So, I've no doubt that you finally will get profits as long as you don't rush to sell them for losses. Bitcoin almost reaches $100k, people may still focus on Bitcoin for now. When Bitcoin have crossed $100k and it begins to be in a sideway phase, people will move their focus on altcoins. AT that time, you altcoins prices will increase significantly. However, this is my assumption only! DYOR/DWYOR..  ;)

If you are viewing altcoins that have not attained their most significant potential yet, it may help to remind ourselves that each asset has its own time to grow. When the right season comes the dormant potentialities will be easier to see. Thus, should we decide to pursue that path once again, the time spent on following the developments in the projects and conditions in the market will make it easier to make the right decisions. But let stay positive because everyone knows that confidence backed up with patience and good analysis will yield maximum results at the right time.

One of the repeated patterns seen in the market is that altcoins begin to act in one direction after Bitcoin demonstrates a slowdown or a reversal. This in turn affords us the chance to look more to other other possible assets that could be gearing for an upward trajectory. In fact, altcoins with a solid ecosystem as you also pointed out, can sometimes punch the initial wave, and other assets that gradually trickle in. If we keep an eye on these patterns then we must be capable enough to capitalise on every market move in order to get a better result.

That is  good point. Altcoins have not gone up in value as much as Bitcoin yet but they still have time to catch up. In past when Bitcoin reaches new highs altcoins usually follow.  Even though Bitcoin has gone up in value this year altcoins have not changed much but some are starting to look good. Bitcoin keeps going up investors might start paying attention to altcoins which could make their prices go up. This could be especially good for altcoins that are strong and becoming more popular. Also Bitcoin success could help whole cryptocurrency market including altcoins.

You know, honestly, while Bitcoin is in bullish momentum, I just noticed that this year, so many crypto communities have made big profits in altcoins and meme coins. And for sure, this will increase on the day of the altcoins season or the rally of the price value of bitcoin.

Because I just observed it and I don't know if other crypto communities also notice it, it seems like many can make good profits in altcoins or meme coins
compared to bitcoin, just my opinion.

There is no trust on altcoins like them and the promises of this projects are not fulfilling. When you see this projects, they comes with an idea to fix something either about an existing projects or they are creating something unique but as soon as they launch this project, they immediately forget the purpose of the project and concentrate on the tonen.

Until project start doing actually what they want to do as promised and teams not changing their voice for the people, with this the trust on altcoins will come back, if they promise not to sell some tokens, it should be like that.

Haha first it was the question that will BTC break $100k this year and now new question is will altcoin season will happen this year haha, don't know but this is funny for me. I think alt season will also happen in this year because it's not like money have to flow from BTC to alts in order to start the altseason because new money can come in the market and people are making a lot of money now a days like from memecoins.

Before they withdraw their funds from BTC and then invest them in alts and memecoins comes at the end of the cycle but this time meme coin cycle comes first and people are already making 50x to 100x easily from meme coins and this will motivate them to invest in promising alts now.

I was really expecting a good correction on Bitcoin market so that, that can let happen the  reduce the Bitcoin dominance on market and increase the others alt coin dominance on crypto market and so that we will also see the altcoin season. But this is not happening Bitcoin once again recover itself and also stick with it's dominance on the market. And that also as signal that the real altcoin season are coming on the next year.

I haven't read the bad news, if there is bad news, it is likely that the price of bitcoin will fall and we will see a sharper correction and prepare your capital to buy potential coins.

Although the altcoin price has not increased significantly, almost every altcoin has increased slightly. We are at the end of November and it is expected that the altcoin prices will continue to increase as expected next month. It is not like that there will be no altcoin session in Bull run, we will see altcoin bullish movement soon.

I also think that it may take a little longer for altcoins to rise, especially until Bitcoin gets stuck at a certain level. Although the altcoin price has not increased significantly, almost every altcoin has increased slightly. We are at the end of November and it is expected that the altcoin prices will continue to increase as expected next month. It is not like that there will be no altcoin session in Bull run, we will see altcoin bullish movement soon.
BTC price has increased too rapidly and drained all the funds from altcoins, which could be the reason why we haven't had an altseason in 2024. We still have the whole of 2025 for altseason, but the necessary condition is that BTC price stabilizes at a high level above 100K USD and the market continues to be fueled by positive news for both BTC and altcoins.

I also have altcoins but I'm not in a hurry, I believe I will have the opportunity to sell many altcoins at a very high price in 2025 when BTC reaches the 150K or even 250K price range :)

During bull run in altcoin season if you we aren't smart enough while holding them we might lose a substantial amount through our holding decisions because some time of these altcoin doesn't increased continuously after bull run, and some of them actually tried to scale through the bull run and gain some percentages after which they automatically fell flat without even gaining back their previous price level. That's why it's good to be that selective on what coin we should hold for long or kept in our portfolio to avoid huge dump after bull run.

I agree with you, we must be selective in choosing the coins that we will hold for the long term because by choosing the right coins we can get profit. because each coin has its own potential, whether it is suitable for the long term or for the short term.
I prefer to choose the top 10 coins for long term holding, but for the short term I will choose hype coins, because it will be easier to get profit in a short time.

The current correction is a common correction in the market after bitcoin touched its highest price at $99K, there will definitely be a correction. but I was hoping for a sharp correction but it turns out that the price of bitcoin is still above $90K.
I haven't read the bad news, if there is bad news, it is likely that the price of bitcoin will fall and we will see a sharper correction and prepare your capital to buy potential coins.

I would also say that due to the lack of any negative news in the market at the moment, the hype that the market has been holding during the bull season is not going to end easily and as a result, we are seeing Bitcoin making a minor correction, again within the 90k range. I think this hype will continue for a few more days as the after effect of winning the Donald Trump as the USA president.
Later, the market will undergo a major correction and create a new all-time high price above 100k. And then the market will undergo a major correction and after that the market will create a new all-time high price above 100k. Now let me know some speech from you about the this bull season most all time high price .

Hype coins are the most deadliest coin to hold for long time because when you hold this hype coin you wouldn't know when it will dump automatically even though it is for short time I wouldn't encourage anyone to hold this coin because of its volatility level, and if you weren't careful you would end up having worthless coin or token in your wallet address or exchange account. So, like you said already it is better to hold a top 10 coin whereby when profit is gotten from it you can sell and take back your capital than investing in the hype coin and lose them entirely.

Agreed and i think everyone who held altcoins during the last bull run has understood a lot. It is true that if someone cannot adopt smart decision in altcoins holding, then there is a possibility of losing. We need to understand a basic thing that everyone comes here to make profit, which is why everyone must adopt appropriate principles. Especially, we must refrain ourselves from excessive greed. Just as altcoins can give a person big profits, if the principles are not right, there is a possibility of much more loss.

I agree if you say everyone who comes here joins and invests in crypto wants to make a profit. because that is the basic intention of someone who wants to invest. We must understand our investment plan and not be greedy because greed will make us suffer losses, where we should always stick to the initial plan and target if we feel that we have reached the target, we should sell it immediately. because the opportunity to sell when it is there and we are greedy by waiting to get a higher profit, we are likely to lose.

Did you mean the memecoins?
If then it is always deadliest coin to hold if there was launched thousand of project then there we will see just one or two project were became success full. Like if we just say about this time we saw lots of memecoin in this season mostly on the telegram airdrop hype but we saw that just two coins are doing good from all of them and that two coins is DOgs and the Notcoin.

Anyway, I always think that the best time for investment for long-term on crypto is only on the bear season not on the bull season I will just say the in the bull season people's who were doing the long-term DCA investment those can just continue their investment.

I agree with you, meme coins are very risky and if you want to invest in meme coins we should do it quickly and never hold meme coins except for popular meme coins, even though they are also high risk.
I prefer to buy new coins during the bearish season, as you said it is the best time to buy and then hold them until the bullish season. We can add to our coin collection with the DCA method, while waiting for the bullish season.

Well, uncertain or not we should always be ready for it because anytime it can happen and I don't know if those Altcoin index are accurate but it's telling us that we are like too close to Altcoin season. I think the best thing to do here is to fill in our bags as fast and as many as we can so we won't miss this important and profitable event.

Of course, it’s necessary to be ready for the changes in the market, for this reason, the right strategy is a requisite. If we observe the signals and patterns that pop up we can take more targeted steps. The mantra Balancing desire to take advantage of opportunities by keeping our steps measured to achieve safe and profitable decisions is the key. This also allows us to strategically allocate to the assets which have the best potential so we can maximise the opportunities already available to us while decreasing the amount of unnecessary risk. The best thing to do is stay calm and consistent with every step.

I'm beginning to think that we may see altcoins run very soon. I don't know if this is the way they pump coins but this is similar to 2020 bull run that I witnessed, whales pick a coin and pump it until they reach there all time high or even break it and go to another one. I have seen XRP trading above $2 after many years of fight with the SEC.

It's because of the recent news that the founder will go live, I didn't read the details of what happened but I'm very sure that other coins will start to replicate the same thing soon so that markets makers and whales can pump their coins soon.

Yeah, it seems like whales play certain coins and pumped to the highest point and move to other altcoins. I haven't seen any signs of altcoin season, it seems like it's just the beginning because not all altcoins experience the same level of price increase.
We should always observe the market movement and choose the right altcoin for investment.

I think we must be confident with altcoins season. You can see that most altcoins have increased quite well. It is a sign that we will start the altcoins season period in this bullrun season. But we must be aware that not every altcoin will skyrocket, there are also altcoins hard to increase their prices due to many reasons. We shouldn't hurry to buy altcoins, just buy altcoins when they look very promising only. IMO, it is not the best time to buy altcoins, we must already buy altcoins in the bearish season.

Fluctuations in the price of cryptocurrencies signal increasing prospects in a global market. From this, we can take a window of opportunity in conducting thorough analysis about certain altcoin projects that indeed possess substantial value, like XRP and TRX for instance, the latter which surged more than 50%. The decisions made to align with past data and trends shall assist us in maximising results. When there is uncertainty about the movement of the stock market, accuracy and patience are sometimes two essential commodities.

XRP price surged after ETF and of course because of the influence of bitcoin price that touched ATH at $99K. This is the reality.
I also got a lot of profit from XRP because I bought when the price was still $0.5 and sold it above $2.
Short-term investment that made me gain quick profit, as well as BNB, I managed to take profit when it reached ATH.

Looks at the end this year have been good moment for several top altcoin after success hit new ATH price, TRX, BNB, ETH and XRP are top altcoin get bigger impact price movement after break new ATH. I think altcoin season have been here and some holder with top potential altcoin holding in their wallet earn much profit due significant pumping,
Maybe waiting another top altcoin such as LTC and POL or MATIC coins raise new higher price after several top altcoin success take new ATH before end this year.

that small projects re as good as dead if they are not pumped time time around when BTC just touched $100k. several projects that have had high prices when they launch yet they are not moving up a bit. this bull season seem just picking which ones are going to be pumped. the ones i'm talking are Defi projects. the dev team must have been putting a sell wall huge enough to just keep the price to less than $0.05.

So I would like to agree with you on this. I have already given some hints in my previous post that memecoin is always risky to invest in. However, there are some projects here which are successful, although their number is very small, but if we can choose them, then maybe we can make a good profit book. And I think most of the new investor will make these kind of decision because of high profit but they all won't going to invest on the right coins. And as a result what you mention that they will not gonna see any pump even then  whatever the market position.

investing in meme coins is indeed high risk because this project only relies on hype, and usually does not last long. so if you choose meme coins for investment, it is better to invest quickly because we do not know whether after the hype is gone it will still have a price or not. but most become worthless. although there are some meme coins that remain in the market such as DOGE

People need to appreciate what's happening in the market. Too many alts have pumped a lot recently and that is still not a sign that the altcoin season has arrived? It probably not enough when the alts that you are holding aren't pumping. Anyway, there's a huge liquidation that had happened recently. Bitcoin fell to $94k but it had recovered too quickly. This is how the whales play the game. They took profits and pulled the prices back and then they bought back and so the market recovers. Quick money for them.

Usually investing on the right connote having a long term projection and those who desires for quick profiting would never go for long term coin rather would chose short term over the period of their investment and of a true choosing the right means they aren't desperate about profits at the moments, rather holding for long term than over short term benefits which usually calls for memecoin that could give them the expected profits within the little ranging periods.

Alt season has started already if one know what you're doing, they'd have spotted some. SUI, AVAX, DYDX, POPCAT, SOL, NEAR, FIL alot of alts are up more than 50%. So as far as I'm concerned we're in alt season. I'll advise you position yourself and wait.

Isn't matic now POL whose ticker name in the trading pair is no longer Matic? Anyway, this is also one of the things I'm saving up for the bull run we're facing now, because like you mentioned dude, many people don't notice but POL/MATIC is quiet right now, others will be surprised when they suddenly notice a few weeks or months from now when it suddenly rallys in the market.

As long as it can, I'm also saving it in my wallet to be honest, because it may also go along with the TRX rally when it starts to take off in the market, this is what I think according to the analysis I did here.

What is 'dino season'? The question about altcoin season has come up very often in the last couple of weeks. I believe altcoin season would come, probably sometime next year, though i am sure altcoin investors are already running impatient, i will advise them to buy BTC, lol.

But eventually I haven't success on these and after sometimes I thought that if I do like this the happen will be only one and that is the increase amount of my loss.
And that's why I left the short term trading and take investing and holding I mean choose the long term trading and after that I am seeing that I am recovering in it. Like I have invested on Bitcoin and some others alternative coin and currently I am having profit more than 70% of my total investment even then I think this is not too much but I am satisfied because I also recover my losses in this time.

Of course long time investment is the best and you would have the profits covered because you are only focusing on the period which you have projected to pull out your investment, and most times it changes you see the market is making huge profits you may decide to extend how you projects for the investment just as bitcoin price has been on a fast rising and no one on his right senses would go pull out knowing too well that we are on bull market. Therefore they should hold till the bull run is over.

If I give a small overview of my Crypto investment portfolio, I have to say that the most profitable investment I have made so far is Bitcoin investment, although if you make a profit in Altcoin, the profit amount is even higher. However, along with this profit in altcoin, the chances of loss are also high.

Here is a short overview of my current investment-
The investment percentage of my total assets is on the left and the percentage of profit I am currently making on those coins is on the right.

For sure altcoin usually gives quick profits but the possibility of losing their profits is extremely volatile and when they drops it could be hard they gained back their percentages because you wouldn't know what they plans of the project owner if is to entirely abandoned the coin, especially when its newly listed coin/token in the market. Yes, bitcoin is more preferably to hold for long term and even though the profits must drop it should be within a limited range instead for long term and could easily bounce back to it's normal price again.

We are meant to understand that despite the pumping witness by some altcoins and some of them reaching a new all time high, the altcoin season has not yet started and that should be anticipated for also in the nearest future after the bitcoin bull run is over. I just imagine how altcoins will take on the ride like bitcoin is doing now, it’s going to be a very bullish one for all altcoins. Many altcoins can easily be over bought by whales as money will be moving into them. If you’re lucky to have some of those tokens in your wallet, you’ll earn very big with them and enjoy the altcoin bulls also.

Reading your post reminded me of a post by a user on this forum or the Bitcoin Talk forum. There, the user mentioned that altcoins are created only to make their owners rich.
Because no altcoin started its journey with the same purpose as bitcoin. Where we look at bitcoin, it has no paid developers, it has no owners, it is completely decentralized.
As you can see I have already give a little overview of my investment portfolio as you can see my investment on Bitcoin is around 43% because I feel secure on Bitcoin and the others alternative coins yes I have also invested on there to having some moon bag if the market give me the opportunity.

many say altcoin season will happen next year, but currently some altcoins have experienced a price spike and have reached ATH.
The price of bitcoin has also exceeded $ 100K, in my opinion the possibility of altcoin season will come soon when investors have shifted from bitcoin to altcoin but the current price of bitcoin has not reached the highest point of many people's predictions so just wait for next year.

if they expect higher price then they must be a bullrun for the next who year and its almost telling like they are certain that altcoin season will come.

upon seeing the price of BTC and some altcoins doesn't really go down further as off now, i think more than half of the people in crypto are very much bullish with this altcoin season to happen soon. altcoin prices is maintaining its prices despite the drop of BTC price since yesterday, looks satisfying to me after buying  few.

It seems that the current altcoin movement has shown good development in the market and some have reached ATH, but there are still many people who say that altcoin season has not arrived and is predicted to happen next year.
I only observe some altcoins that I will buy for investment, because currently there is still an opportunity to buy potential altcoins.

On this moment the market looks quite active, there are a lot of possibilities for success, and of course, one will be able to observe a great number of shifts as time comes. There is still much that remains untapped but there are few expectations that the big players may be seen over the next couple of months. We have to stay close in choosing friends we make as well as education classes we attend in order to realise that each move we make in the future contributes to something. So if we have our planned course of action and correct analysis we can make most of the opportunity and can be ready for any eventuality that happens. Here, the main is moderation, it is important not to get carried away with something but at the same time being critical is not good either.

Honestly speaking, the price of bitcoin so far has been really bullish, if you are going to check the market now, but I am pretty sure that it will go through a correction for sure again. You know the market price behavior when many people expect bitcoin's price hike to continue, it will also have a retracement in its price in the market.

These are the commonly happened in this industry, some may not notice it much and others may also notice it. But even so, they say if you don't want a headache, don't compete with experienced traders, just stay as a long-term holder.

There are no signs of that at the moment, even though Bitcoin has reached a new ATH. But it seems like it won't be long, XRP has shown a high increase. Other Altcoins are the same, but it seems like all Coins are currently experiencing a price drop. The good step we need to do now is to choose a favorite coin, then add it by buying more.

Pricing fluctuations in the market is as natural as the rise and fall of the tides, each surge affords a chance for a manoeuvre. When scenarios like this happen, it is rather easy to remain cool and use that time to bolster the portfolio. But being able to select the assets in terms of what we believe is already good after doing our research helps us to go forward with more confidence. A reduction in price doesn’t necessarily spell potential loss but opens another channel for us to enhance the values of investment further on. The biggest point is to carry on observing the situation and to be constant in the execution of measures that have been developed before.

Do you assume there are no signs of altcoins season, mate?
I think the signs are quite clear because we can see the Bitcoin domination is decreasing and many altcoins have started to increase very significantly. These are 2 big signs of altcoins season, we must be very aware of these things.

Yep, XRP increased impressively, you probably have taken profits if you invested in XRP.  :D

Seeing the price movements of several Altcoins that have experienced price changes, I believe that the Altcoin season will come.
However, I cannot predict when this will happen, at the end of the year which is only a few days away or at the beginning of 2025. Let's just wait, that time will definitely come.
And it's time for us to tighten our seat belts, to welcome the arrival of the Altcoin season later.

altcoin season is likely to happen next year, because I see some of the top altcoins are still far from their ATH.
This is just my analysis because my portfolio has not reached my target, especially since this week bitcoin experienced a correction so that my portfolio dropped sharply.
Let's just wait after Trump's inauguration, what will happen to the crypto market. If it has a good impact, it is certain that altcoin season will come.

To be honest, it's difficult to say or predict, it is no longer news that the current bull run is driven by government and large institutions buying into bitcoin, with the help of Trump (a bitcoin enthusiasts) winning the US presidential election, for all this bodies coming into crypto, bitcoin has remained their only center of attraction, none is willing to put money into alternative cryptocurrencies, and this is the reason why we see bitcoin going up with its market dominance increasing, while Altcoins relatively stable or going down in prices.

So far, it's hard to say if there is going to be an Altcoin bull run this season, I believe we can only know as from February next year when Trump already is in office as the US president, until then, I believe it's not bad to keep accumulating just incase.

Yes, some altcoins have seen big price changes but there is still a lot to go which is why I think the altcoin season has just begun and is not over yet. We definitely have to wait until next year. There are still more than two weeks left this year, it could start next week or it could happen anytime in Q1 of next year. But hopefully the expected bull run is starting soon.

Volatility has always been rife in the crypto world especially when there are outside influences like policies being made from the government. Indeed, the presence of large institutions has contributed to the rise of the share of Bitcoin in circulation and this can encourage world investors. It seems that the flow of attention to altcoins is not so high at the current period of time, but this does not necessarily restrain them from being the promising cryptocurrency of the future. To gradually build assets up, while watching the events unfold, is quite logical, scarce in the meantime as everything can turn rather quickly. This way of action is close to cautious and adaptable, we can respond and use the chance that appears at the right moment.

The movements of altcoins are typically slower than that of Bitcoin, and this simply means that there is always breathing space to capture existing opportunities if any. Indeed the rest of this year and the first half of the next year are still open for many things to happen, more so if the market is buoyed by positive feeling. This is also important given the current volatility with an open mind to the idea that altcoins could be a worthwhile investment. There isn’t a great increase, yet continuing to observe trends while controlling risk well makes us ready when the awaited moment arrives some time in the future.

Currently, there's a significant increase in the demand for Bitcoin by big investors and that's simply because the President-elect of the United States of America is a Bitcoin enthusiast who in the past have shown his readiness to invest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. What that means is if the availability of Bitcoin is very limited, investors will likely start to invest in altcoins especially the ones that's shown enough strength to stand the volatility of crypto market. So yes, I strongly believe they'll significant uptrend in altcoins in no distant time.

And I'm sure after Trump is inaugurated we will see the price of bitcoin soar again and maybe after reaching a new ATH we will see a shift in funds from bitcoin to altcoins, because investors will seek profit from altcoins and that is the start of altcoin season.

Lol, I heard same questionable remarks about Bitcoin reaching 100k, and look how it breached that within a week. Similarly, I don't doubt about alt-season, best is yet to come, have faith in market cycles.

altcoin season is likely to happen next year, because I see some of the top altcoins are still far from their ATH.
This is just my analysis because my portfolio has not reached my target, especially since this week bitcoin experienced a correction so that my portfolio dropped sharply.
Let's just wait after Trump's inauguration, what will happen to the crypto market. If it has a good impact, it is certain that altcoin season will come.
Hopefully next year there will really be an Altcoin season, many people are waiting including me. Yesterday's increase in Bitcoin prices has not been able to bring an increase to Altcoin, but its current decline has had a big influence. If we have bought and invested in Altcoin for a long time, don't make the wrong move that will harm us. Keep holding the Altcoin that we have, until it reaches the desired target.

Investors are currently still focused on bitcoin, especially new investors as a result of Trump's election as US president.
And I'm sure after Trump is inaugurated we will see the price of bitcoin soar again and maybe after reaching a new ATH we will see a shift in funds from bitcoin to altcoins, because investors will seek profit from altcoins and that is the start of altcoin season.
Cryptocurrencies also pose both an opportunity and a challenge for use to ensure that our actions are well made therefore the need to continue being cautious. This is very common when looking at potential profits because it is easy to assume that short term gains are the same thing as long term. Taking a balanced action, we can pay attention to the changes in the current market patterns and use them. Thus, instead of having our attention directed at one particular asset more data points that cover several instruments can create better outcomes are easier to measure. This way, we create the strategies that allow us not just to gain the highest revenues within the short term, but also to concentrate on the proper development within the long term.

In the crypto market, nothing is predictable most of the time, and every action taken should be with a goal in mind. In this case when Altcoin has not exhibited the expected rise, this should be the best time to review the strategy without undue haste. The following objectives are therefore proposed: Keeping the existing assets intact while also keeping an eye on the market conditions will ensure the realisation of this targeted quantity. Moreover, the formation of contingencies for the possible changes, which means preparing other actions that may be needed to prevent tension in moments of price change, is helpful. Therefore, people may achieve better results with maximum Patience and consistency all the time as this door is always opened.

if this is included in the BTC halving cycle scheme, it is still in accordance with the initial plan, that the bullrun on this year's BTC halving is really due to ETFs and the political climate in the US, we can see a crazy cryptocurrency price pump and touch ATH after halving because this pattern could have been predicted before....

and for those who still adhere to the 4-year halving cycle, then after the bullish moment party and reaching a new ATH for Bitcoin, there will most likely be a correction period in 2025 which is likely to be Q3 or Q4... it could be that the whales have planned something from now on.

Using the halving cycle as a primary forecaster for the Bitcoin price is very seductive and may lead to the situation when all of panels are built around this concept only. Cryptocurrencies belong to the highly volatile market since the key factors that affect them are external and capricious, including the market mood, as well as newly introduced regulations, and large scale institutions activities. It becomes very dangerous a situation when we assume that all the prices increases in the property channel are as a result of cyclical factors bore out of moments that resemble the ETF or exchange traded funds. Paying too much attention to previously established patterns is an illusion and it may lead to inadequate focus on the realities of the market although assumptions offer the best approach to narrow the problem down.

If you've been here on this market for a while then you would definitely be that believing about market cycles on which if theres Bitcoin cycle and there is an altcoin season or even meme coin season. The key on here is that you do make yourself that patient because if you dont then you will definitely be selling out your current positions whenever the market dips. The advantage on here or some options is that on the moment that you cant hold up Bitcoin for too long because you do sees up that altcoin gains is much better then you will come up with different plans and ways for you to maximize out profitability.

Crypto has never been about slow earning, if it's I'm sure that people will remain in stock market and the traditional market but crypto has always been about quick profits, this is why people likes it better but of course there is high risk in it, so it's a win win situation even if you are able to make quick money from crypto, high reward high risk.

However, the journey of holding in crypto in 4 years might look short to people that are not here but it looks more like 20 years of tense and fear especially if you are new to the market. It's not easy to hold a coin in crypto.

The crypto market is a perfect example of the idea that things move on and it is possible to get up and go despite the fact that things are no longer optimal. When such assets float without surety as to their value, we are encouraged to adjust expectations and walk the face of this earth with our chins up.

Each variation is not only a variation in the numbers, but how we fix our minds on the prepared strategy. Unlike getting overwhelmed by emotional pressure, we can decide to foster discipline on any decision that we make. This market is one more chance to expand not only in terms of finances but mentally as well, we continue to maintain our focus more on one great aim than on the immediate outcome.

To profit from crypto investment you need to be patient at many times. Even many new investors come here and lose money due to lack of understanding or many leave this path. The field of cryptocurrency is still in its infancy and the crypto asset market is in a state of great volatility with price fluctuations being its only companion investors are attracted to this sector when the price rises and enter again as the market crashes and they also face huge losses. But there are certain strategies that experienced investors use to make money from cryptocurrency.

The representation of crypto market by some people makes some newbie thinks that this place is like a heaven where you will come and enjoy everything, make money and leave a happy testimony but it's the way people are losing money it's the way people are making money but you probably wouldn't see the losers until we enter bear market.

In crypto, you have to be patient but as you are been patient, there is nothing bad in taking your profits at any opportunity that you see, some altcoins that are doing good today might not leave to tell another bull run again.

In investing in crypto, you have to learn and be patient because in crypto it takes a long time to be able to have the knowledge and experience to be able to get profit.
For newbies, they think that investing in crypto can make you rich quickly, this is the wrong paradigm.
and this is what makes them lose their money.
because investing in crypto is also risky and requires skills in managing our money

When I see people writing things that they couldn't make anything this year and are frustrated, I just see it like people are trying to frustrate their life over nothing. Just because you couldn't make it this year doesn't mean it's the dead end, there are other days ahead that will be more even beneficial for everyone, there is 2025 if 2024 didn't work out.

If you are able to hold altcoin from the beginning of this year or last year, it isn't going to be difficult for you to hold next year. You never can tell if your coin alts may even pump in a month and give you everything you ever dream about.
