Sleeping.
It might sound fun but for me this is the ultimate stress reliever. While I can some activities for me to destress but that is what makes me relieved from stress.
When I have good sleep, mood is nice. And when I don't have, my whole day is ruined.

When I have good sleep, mood is nice. And when I don't have, my whole day is ruined.

Of course sleeping is a good stress reliever, one who sleep adequately like 6 to7 hours of sound sleep will be more active in their day to day activities.

Unfortunately the gadgets ruined the sleep pattern for most, even myself be active on mobile very late at the night which is Abad habit but it's becoming inevitable but who are blessed to have a lifestyle with less smartphone usage might live healthier and happier in my opinion.

I sleep with blackout curtains.
I put the cell phones in a faraday box.

So I usually get 8 hours good solid sleep.
I workout every day which helps.

I watch Netflix an hour or two a day.

That all helps to relax me.

Going on altcoinstalk bitcointalk macrumors is a mixed bag of relaxation and tension it simply depends on what the topic is.

If weather is good I go to the beach and walk for an hour.

After a long day and being through so much stress I involve myself in playing video games which really helps me and cools me down. It relieves me from a lot of stress, pains and anxiety I really enjoy playing it. Then after some time of enjoying the game I sleep for some hour I don’t really likes sleeping at all so I just sleep and wake up when ever I’m feeling better.

I struggled to handle stress and anxiety in the past, but i did better this year. I took trips and vacation with my special person and i can tell you for free that it did me a world of good, a good massage also does the trick to help relieve my stress. Individually we simply have to find what works for us, but i believe there must be something that works for every individual, just that they may not have found it yet.

Well, what method or way I choose to relieve stress and tension depends on how stressed and tensed I am, there are some level of stress that'd only require me to go out with friends or alone, maybe to a very fancy restaurant or go grab a drink, or go to the movies or the park, these are when I feel less stressed from work or something else.

But when I feel a major stress, I'd try something more relaxing, like going on a long vacation, where i can take a break from work and other things.

sleeping, listening to music and playing games, relieve stress I think nothing can match the activity of sleeping, by sleeping what I experience will disappear for a moment, plus my body is healthier and I can gather energy faster

You must practise a healthy sleep routine, we as humans need a long sleep to reenergize ourselves and do work the next day so that is the one thing that you should try to change.

Games can be a good choice but the most modern-day games integrate competitiveness to make it more engaging that actually add stress than removing it, the good old days and story games were the best of the times.

I am surprised that no one mentioned about having pets?

Have friends that you can go out with, or go out with your family.

There are many things and activities that can be done outdoors for fun and stress relief. There are also many indoor activities for fun; just make your choice.

Playing online games, and just recently, collecting Pokemon cards as a hobby. :D

Playing online games might be stressful at times especially when you're playing MOBA games, and you lost because of bad teammates, but because I've been playing for a long time already, I can manage to control myself and the frustration whenever I lose some games. As for collecting Pokemon cards, I've just recently tried collecting some and I got hooked with it, so I've been buying some packs, opening it, and collecting some cards.

The thing is that most of us here are doing a repetitive kind of job that's why we always need something that would de-stress us out. Please don't stress yourself too much if you're into a corporate job. Health is wealth like what many are saying.

Not everyone knows how to sleep that much after a long day, personally I find it pretty hard to sleep for that long, even when I manage to sleep, it may only be for a few hours, no matter how hard I try to force myself to sleep for long, I still end up waking up earlier than expected. Except for sometimes I maybe go out with friends or alone for a bottle of drink, then it’ll help me sleep longer.

I recently watched a podcast from a tech youtuber who explained the transition of gaming industry and clearly explained the difference, in those days we buy a game for a price and we use it to play whenever we want that was the revenue model of gaming companies but now a days especially mobile games are free but they just add in app purchases every months like skins, avatar and boost which is 'Pay to win' concept so who has money can pay and get better ability than opponent which brings unfair game play.

However, I used to play the Assasin Creed series and Prince of Persia those games doesn't end overnight which is what made us engaging and importantly gave us a sense of accomplishing something without the stress of competitiveness.

When someone is stressed out, they are advised to have some rest by resting their body and soul because our bodies are like engines, when overstressed, they require some rest so that the body system can be filled with energy back. However, when someone doesn't rest, it will affect their daily activities, making them look stressed out and weak inside to continue their daily activities

That is great, taking a walk is a great remedy for stress, when one takes walks everyday, they form new mental pictures in their mind/head. These pictures remain in their head and helps them to ease their stress and anxiety, people who do not take walks often should try it, it would do something great for you.

More than lifestyle, it's decision that you have to take — you decide you don't want to pick smartphone at certain times, and you just stop doing it.

Every country has one day off per week at work so we can work six days a week and rest one day. Because humans need a lot of rest because we are not robots. We should take rest once a week to reduce mental stress and physical stress. And if you are a businessman then you can take any day off you want. Because if you are absent from work then you have to be accountable, but if you are absent from your own business, there is no accountability. You find some time for your hobby activities and celebrate the day with your wish list.

More than lifestyle, it's decision that you have to take — you decide you don't want to pick smartphone at certain times, and you just stop doing it.

It is becoming hard to resist and I am not sure how many people are following the 2 hour rule before going to bed which is essential to give the relaxation to our eyes that's needed to get the good sleep. Honestly I go to just after a minute I turned my phone screen off and wakeup with checking the notification at first activity in the morning.

I don't follow any rules, and I do same thing as you — picking up phone as first thing in morning and using it before going to bed, and yet still sleep comes easy to me, though I do feel annoyed if sleep is disturbed in middle to pee then sometimes it's hard to come by again.

I think only people who are always excited to make money forget about rest. But once they own a lot of money then their body suffers a lot. Ever since i got into crypto i have become more addicted to mobiles and laptops. When i go to sleep i check all my works activities many times. Again i wake up morning then the first grab the mobile then check all my work activities in crypto. Although the matter is tolerable to us now, it will have an adverse reaction at some point.

As we go about our daily engagements, there is always a chance of we getting stressed up and sometimes, accumulated stress wear us out and in such occurrences, it is pertinent we take measures  to "destress" our mental wellbeing.  By so doing, our general health would not break down and we would be able to function as normal.

I have lots of ways to "destress" myself depending on how stressed I am. If it is stress as a result of daily engagements, to cool it off, I just relax with a cool calm music while drinking my favorite brand or I just sleep while I have a cool music playing and if as a result of accumulated stress, I change environment for a number of days on vacation.

I like passion though, be it about money or anything else, keeps you alive. You only realize it's worth when you don't feel passion about anything.

Stay passionate, but add healthy regimen (exercise, healthy eating, etc) and you should be fine.

Aside gambling, we may also need to have some rest after been engaged with the workload for the day, many of us are not giving attention to our personal health status, and one of the way we could begin to have it on a decline is by not having enough rest from work, we are not expected to only sleep at night, but instead, in some occasions, we may need to take a nap once a while just to refreshens ourself before we continue with the day.

My times of resting are mostly when I’m playing football or watching movies, even hanging out with friends most time take too much out of the time I’m supposed to relieve off the stress and get back to work. So I don’t really hang out a lot unless it’s necessary for me to do so. I’m really that kind of person that loves to explore and not just sit around in a confined environment, but as I get older I realize some certain choices are just felt only when you’re not engaged, but once some engagements come in, especially your nature and type of work, it becomes necessary to adjust to such lifestyle and live the life the way it comes for you.

You know what they say about All work and No play making Jack a dull boy. This phrase emphasizes on the importance of taking a break from work and taking out some time to relax, relaxation can be in form of doing something fun or recreational, it could also be in form of resting/sleeping. By engaging in stress free and recreational activities, you’re giving the brains a natural antidote for all the stress and tension it undergoes everyday in the process of working, while resting and sleeping is another effective antidote for the body and the sometimes the brains too. Both are essential for the a person, because when you rest adequately, engage in recreational activities and of course eat healthy, you’ll feel rejuvenated every single day and you can perform your daily tasks effectively.

When someone is stress there are things you need to do to de-stress yourself. Were humans and constantly, we will not always be happy all the time, this is life for us, sometimes you have to feel stressful, tired, scared, and anxious. In times like this you need to engage yourself in something that you love doing and if you do it you will feel relief, for example sleeping, resting, jogging, meditating your body, dancing, singing, reading story books, playing games, going on vacations and so on. Just make sure you don't sit idle to avoid thinking negatively and bringing bad ideas into your memory on mind.

We are living on our life that not everything will really be that happy or something that talks about having that good life from time to time basis but somehow when you are a rich person who can be able to buy up everything they do want then it is somewhat that less stress in compared to those who are living in poor or poverty situation and this is something which is really that in reality. This is why it will really be that important that on the moment or time that you do experience some stress then try out to wipe away that stress and distracting up yourself into the things on which arent supposed to be minded of. When you are that too emotional then this is where things becomes even more shittier.

Yeah, stress is just part of life, and we can’t always be happy all the time. But when it hits, it helps to do something that makes you feel better whether it’s sleeping, listening to music, playing games, exercising, or just taking a break. The key is to keep yourself busy with things you enjoy so you don’t overthink and get stuck in negativity.

Lately if/when I feel stressed I have started going for a walk where nature is undisturbed by humanity and it calms down the mind. I understand 'undisturbed by humans' places may be rare, but if you do have around, try it. Don't pick up phone or any other electronic equipments while going for walk though, it destroys the purpose.

When I have good sleep, mood is nice. And when I don't have, my whole day is ruined.
I agree that sleeping is the simplest way to relieve stress, and if I still feel stressed, I usually do activities that involve gardening, playing basketball or sometimes I like to go to karaoke.

Resting of course. After a day of hustling and bustling, resting is the next thing I think of doing. I can't hustle for the day, to begin to do other things when tired. I will have to rest, to gain back energy to start my activities for the next day. If I actually don't do that, my activities for the next day will be affected, making me feel less active and vibrant for the day.

Nothing beats out when you are having that rest on which at the time that you are experiencing some problems on which at the time that you will really be having this kind of consideration at the time that you are being stressed on whatever you've been that dealing with. You are the ones will really be handling yourself. There are tons of things on which you can be able to make yourself that getting distracted on what your current stress that you are really that feeling on. So it will be that up to you on how to handle yourself accordingly. If you do tolerate out yourself on doing into the things on what you do have in mind, then it will really be that resulting into that potential mistakes on which it could be leading up into that regret at the end. So its always that best that you do really know on what you should gonna do.

So let's discuss about what are your activities or hobbies to relieve from the stressful life.
Yeah, resting is really important. After a long, tiring day, the best thing to do is just relax and recharge. If you keep pushing yourself without proper rest, you'll just feel drained the next day. Gotta take care of yourself to stay active and productive

I gamble most times when I am really stressed out because it relieves me. However, relaxing is good if you don't want to involve in any activity. Relaxing helps to reboost your weak nerves.

That’s why lately, I’ve been working on getting some sleep whenever I feel stressed and tired, and if I’m feeling pains too, maybe after a long day, I just manage to take some pain relief pills, take a cold shower and hit the bed, and if I’m able to sleep for, let’s say 2 hours or more, I’d feel rejuvenated and stronger than I felt before I initially slept. It’s a pretty great way to relieve stress.

I started rewatching sitcom shows lately like friends, Office and many such kinds and to be honest laughing is an effective way of stress reliever so if anyone you feel stressed then just go to youtube and start watching your favourite comedy shows like I did.

It is better to do nothing than engage in an exercise not to talk of gambling which we all know how it could be whenever we are gambling and the mental efforts on display trying to pick odds and other exercises involved. It would be better to just relax and stay off anything that would drain your energy mentality and otherwise. Whenever I go on leave, I just avoid anything that would stress me, the only thing I do is just come online read some lines, and go offline, and nothing much, I can't kill myself.  8)

Just a simply 10 minutes walk will do, at least that's what I do when I'm stressed out from the daily lives.

Another is just to sleep it over and then wake up fully refresh and reset and then start your day with a positive and not let that negative emotions control you. And there is one practice that I started and I learn from one personal development coach. That is think of like telling that negative things in your mind that bothers you to go and sit on the corner. It's like they are being punish by us, and if you practice it, then it might really help detach those negative thoughts from you.

As for the walk, I do subscribe to it. I normally do the walking in the evening hours of the day when the atmosphere is calm and cool for the body condition. I just walk around my street within a time frame of 15 to 20 minutes which does not stress me that much. I take it one step after the other with good memories of life experiences and also have a good thought of the future.  Doing this replenish my positive energy and also boost my morale to achieve more good fit.

We all are living in this world doing same job everyday and lot of peer pressure to cope up with money, status and fancy Life style. But we need a break once in a while which can be simple that you can do everything to reduce stress to taking a long break from once 6 months.

So let's discuss about what are your activities or hobbies to relieve from the stressful life.
Sleeping.
It might sound fun but for me this is the ultimate stress reliever. While I can some activities for me to destress but that is what makes me relieved from stress.
When I have good sleep, mood is nice. And when I don't have, my whole day is ruined.

I see it the same way as me too, sleeping is the ultimate reliever but only when you can achieve it, is by having a peace of mind, that is to say not having anything that is bordering you or giving you a restless time, that is when you can have a good and sound sleep, that will take away all the pains and stress which one undergo.
Also, to some persons, there other things that relieve them from stress such as recreational activities, listening to music, some got their relief by travelling etc. So it all depends on what makes an individual to de- stress themselves but I do encourage people to try as much as they can to get some sleep especially when they over stress themselves, because it’s good for the body too, not only relieving stress.

In order to de-stress yourself, you need to get the words out of your mind. That's why you need a good friend who will listen carefully and give you feedback.Whatever it is.You can share anything with him, laugh willingly, it will help you to be stress free a lot.Remember "laugh will keep you stress free"

If one has a good friend that they can confine in, that would help them a lot to free themselves of some burdens. Most times, the stress we complain of is just for us to have someone we can talk with and once that is done, we notice that the burden is off us and we feel a bit free and the ease sets in making us lively.

Aside from my previous responses, laugh indeed helps a lot, I have been watching stand up comedy and movies lately (but good comedies are hard to come by, if you know any good comedies let me know) and when I am rolling on floor laughing, those are the moments that I cherish the most.

Going on vacation or traveling in my opinion is very effective for refreshing the mind or stress from any direction because by going on vacation we can forget about our problems for a moment and have fun without thinking about the existing problems, once in a while we need a vacation, we don't need to go far, just go to a nearby tourist spot and invite our wife and children (if we have any) even though in financial difficulties we must still try to keep our minds calm because if we continue to feel stressed it can make us crazy ;D

Well just like everybody else, I really find sleeping as a great game changer for stress reductIon.Sleep basically is my core mainly cause after a stressful day of work activities, I prefer to rest my head first to be able to lay down and digest all i might have learned that day and the rest of them.I am not particularly a gamer so instead of playing games like the majority, i prefer to either talk to someone, read books and take walks on beaches as well as spending time with family of course.
All this simple things are what matters to me most when it comes to relaxation and stress reduction. Although i do not particularly in these activities daily or majority of times, I make sure to take sleep as a very important core as it’s important for boosting one’s mental health.

Lol, I think I can relate to that. This is in fact why some of the times when I feel so stressed or in a messed up mood/state, rather than do anything or go anywhere, I’d rather just lock myself in my room and just scroll through Facebook and Instagram Reels. I get to see a lot of things, including things that might just make me laugh so hard that I forget whatever that was causing me stress. And most of the times, this turns out to be quite an effective strategy.

Going on vacation is a good one and I mostly do this when I feel the environment is kind of boring and stressing me. I will take a break from the environment for a little while so that I can relieve myself of some environmental stress and others as well. It gives me a good sense of strategic planning for a comeback with new things to effect changes and improve on. I do go a bit far from home, and the environment is quite different from mine, so that for that moment while I am away from home, I do not see anything that would make me start bothering myself for the time being while I am on vacation.
