Meme Coins / Re: What does your IQ says about you?

What does your IQ says about you?

I just came across a memecoin project talking about IQ. The bone of contention is that those that think moderately have higher chances of success than those that thinks too hard.

It's been all talks about Solana Memecoin in the last couple of weeks after $BOME had an incredible launch but seems attention has switched to $SNAP and IQ50.

$SNAP had a wonderful presale raising over 50k SOL and current holders exceeds 54k while on the other side IQ50 had no presale, no team and token strictly governed by community members, I have a feeling this gems could be centre of attraction in the memecoin ecosystem in coming days or weeks especially now that some top exchanges have already announced its listing.

Are you bullish on any of these two projects? Share your thoughts

Never heard of IQ but I checked it and I'm surprised it's listed on Bitget already with a good price..

On the other hand, this is just a meme season again but on solana chain. which is a good one since solana pumped to around 173$. I have also been looking at a few meme coins, like SLERF. If you know that project, which had a dev burned user' funds and held a space in X and later on fixed his mistakes and through all of these, the project went successful and has reached 400M market cap.

Also, other meme coins on my radar are PONKE, PENG, and WIF. These have shown strong performance on Solana and listed on the same CEX.

Well talking about this, I think some see it as a revolution, but others are skeptical. Do you believe P2E offers sustainable value for players? What concerns, if any, do you have about this trend? Like which project do you think is perfect to be a p2e project?

18
There's regulation for CEX which may even extend to DEX. There is also regulation for bitcoin ETF but BTC itself will remain unregulated. It's nothing like company issued stocks or Government issued fiat that can be controlled by some central authority. Those are reasons why I think BTC price will not stagnate. We'll still see new ATHs after this cycle.

You know what doesn't change? Bitcoin itself. They can't touch it. That's why this ain't some dip you buy and forget, this is a revolution. There'll be new ATHs on BTC for sure. Cos we're building something way bigger. BTC has already reached 70K, it's just matter of time we reach 100K now. And of course we can't forget about the altcoins cuz they'll be moving when king moves. I just feel stupid cos I didn't take or invest on AI tokens, almost all of the have exploded since I first saw them listed on Bitget. Lesson learned, I'm not missing the next wave.

I was thinking the other day about how companies now report on environmental and social issues. But trying to track everything a big company does all around the world has gotta be near impossible right? That got me thinking about how blockchain has come up as a potential solution. Since it allows a shared record across borders, it could help verify ESG data in a consistent way worldwide.

Do you think the transparency of blockchain outweighs these risks? Cos I think what really counts is real world effects. More talk needed on balancing progress and oversight I figure.

What do you guys think? Any chance it could work?

Some of you might not know what SORA is, so let me explain briefly. Recently OpenAI unveiled a new AI tool called SORA that can generate short videos from text prompts.

Now this is just next level of how we can use AI. I'm sure you all have watched some AI videos long time ago, that were very bad and getting morphed into other objects. But with this new AI tool, it surprised us. The quality of the video is just awesome.. It feels like it's not made by AI but by person with a camera. I'm sure you watched will smith eating spaghetti AI Video haha and he even recorded himself doing that as well for the AI trend ;D.

Now going back to crypto, you can see this impacted some AI tokens and growth is huge. Funnily enough, someone created SORA memecoin based on this, it also focused on speculation and community building and it even attracted good interest among investors and earned top listings from Bitget, MEXC, Bitmart and many more.

So I guess you'll never know when some of your invested AI tokens explode due to news like this and it can be very profitable. Now I have a feeling that once OpenAI releases the AI video product to the public, the AI tokens and memecoins will go crazy in value.. After all, it's the nature of crypto, right guys?  :D :D

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Crypto is truly valuable to our lives
« on: February 23, 2024, 10:09:33 AM »
  • Which crypto do you utilize in your life?
  • For what work or purpose do you use it?
  • How important is crypto to you?

I prefer using Tron and Matic for their low transaction fees. When I receive USDT payments, I usually use the Tron network. Ethereum fees are too high for me, and I'd rather not spend it all on gas.

Mainly, I use crypto to top up my phone and order food as it's the most convenient way for me.

It's important cuz crypto is a vital part of my life and my preferred way to manage my money. I don't have a personal bank account at the moment because of some documentation issues with my name. It's taking long time to fix.

This is all answer to your question on how I use crypto....

Meme Coins / Re: Is Shiba Inu coin a good investment?
« on: February 22, 2024, 03:50:58 PM »
For my own review Shiba Inu is one of the most popular crypto, whether is a good investment is a matter of debate. Shiba Inu has a strong support community and has seen significant price appreciation in the past years, and there is no guarantee that the price will continue to rise. You can do your research more and drop it here. Have you been following the update on Shiba Inu?

From what I've observed before, Shiba Inu has a strong community, and you'll see people toss around the phrase 'the next Shiba Inu' to promote random shitcoins. This shows its potential and developing influence within the market. I think it's also got some connection to DOGE and a bit of that Elon Musk hype, y'know? But this doesn't mean you should automatically invest. You gotta watch out for whales manipulating the price and all that.

A funny fact is, I've actually seen someone getting paid in SHIB for doing some kind of crypto-related work!

But yeah, it's not financial advice, so please do your own research so you can trust your judgment and invest at your own risk.

You've likely seen OpenAI making headlines lately. They're pushing the boundaries of what AI can do, and this is sure to impact many industries. Their new product, SORA, really highlights their progress. It's a powerful AI model that can generate realistic images and videos from simple text descriptions. This kind of technology has the potential to streamline many creative processes. It's no wonder we're seeing a surge in interest for AI-related projects and tokens. In fact, this kind of innovation is exactly why we're seeing this crazy increase in the value of AI-focused crypto tokens. I even saw a Bitget Wallet report about it, you can check it out below.

Basically what you can see there, It's no surprise, this kind of progress is creating major hype around AI-related crypto tokens. If you're into projects like SORA, AGIX, GRT, or NMT, you've likely seen some nice gains recently. So I think this is considered the initial phase of a broader AI adoption within the cryptocurrency market. But what do you guys think?
Similar to what happened after OpenAI introduced ChatGPT in 2022, tokens of projects in AI sector have had great growth such as FET, AGIX, RNDR..., OpenAI's Sora product repeat this while adding growth momentum to the AI token. Currently, AI has not contributed much to crypto. Existing projects only provide hardware systems to train AI models, or are markets for developing and purchasing AI services.

Recently Vitalik Buterin also talked about 4 use cases of AI for crypto[1], but we need to wait for developers to apply AI to their blockchain networks.

[1] The promise and challenges of crypto + AI applications

Damn that's some interesting info from Vitalik you shared now. This could definitely be a turning point for deeper AI integration into crypto. What you shared highlights how this is just the beginning.

Speaking of those tokens, I've personally seen the benefits with AGIX. I bought in around $0.4 on Bitget and sold near $0.7. It really shows the power of the AI surge – definitely a sector worth watching closely, especially considering their potential use cases compared to meme coins.

BTC is currently above 52k, imo, you don't need to do much research since we're gearing towards the bull run, Just hold solid alts with good utilities and you'll experience portfolio growth. DYM, SEI, API3 are some of the alts that's on my pf, or before I forget. BGB has also been on 🔥 lately. I think it has smashed ATH multiple times in the last couple months..

Yeah, the utility is what separates the winners. I'm bullish on a lot of my portfolio, but $BGB is showing crazy resilience compared to some others.  If it breaks this resistance though, things could get exciting. I'm just looking up to this chart. Believe me this just keeps going green lol.

Crypto trading can be a rewarding but challenging activity. Since the market is very volatile and it requires us a lot of research, analysis, and execution skills to succeed. So I know it can be very time-consuming and stressful.

That’s why many crypto traders rely on copy trading bots, which are software programs that can automate trading strategies and execute trades on behalf of users. Copy trading bots can help traders save time, reduce stress, and optimize profits. Of course It ain't just a click and profit, you gotta educate yourself how you can profit with a particular bot... since I have been using Bitget for copy trading bot, I always look out strategies and top bots that are positive in every way. Anyway I think this is also a smart way to trade crypto, because you don’t need to do a lot of research and all that stuff to succeed. You just need to choose the right traders that suit your preferences and goals, and the bot will do the rest for you.

Anyway it's up to you guys, like what do you think of copy trading bots? Are you willing to try them?

MATR1X seeks to bring joyous moments in the metaverse. The metaverse being a reflection of the secular world is bound to be a place where its users can sought entertainment.

Interestingly, this is part of what MATR1X flagship product is about. It is a project niched under gaming, NFT, Art, literature etc. All these encompass entertainment in some way.

Apart from firstly providing entertainment to its users, the project in the course of its development plans to give latitude to its users to build their own sub metaverses, this is incredibly amazing if you'd ask me.

Thus, $FIRE has sprung up as the native token of MATR1X ecosystem. I strongly believe that the project's growth will flow commensurately into the native token as the latter is basically the fuel of the ecosystem.

In a share of optimism, I'd appreciate to hear your thoughts on what you think about the ecosystem and its products.

Wow, I do remember this game project. Cos I saw some YouTubers talking about this FPS game, mentioning it is similar to Valorant. I haven't tried it myself, but I'm sure that with more influencers, it has the ability to top the gaming sector. Btw the price of the Fire token is currently in a dip, trading at $1.26. I think this could be a good time to accumulate more $FIRE before it booms with the launch of two games they're planning.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Airdrop worthless?
« on: February 02, 2024, 01:27:36 PM »
We have seen since 2017 airdrop has become absolutely worthless. But i see from this forum that there are many topics about airdrop and giveaway. What strong beginnings are these, in fact? Because now any project is unwilling to distribute tokens for free.

Worthless? Not necessarily, but definitely harder to get nowadays like you have to grind XPs, points, and interact with swaps, bridges, or whatever else they throw your way to qualify for a snapshot. It's a different compared to 2020.

Remember that 400 UNI airdrop worth $800? Back then, that felt like a big win. Now, newer airdrops like WEN, JUP, and Zetachain can potentially net you $12k or even more. A friend of mine just sold his Zeta airdrop on Bitget for over $5k! Like it's just crazy it's still going this way.

Is it safe to go all in on cryptocurrencie now.. Have we bottomed??

I don't think that's safe approach to go all. It’s crucial to approach investing with caution and not let the FOMO change your decisions. Instead of rushing to invest in trending sectors, take the time to understand the fundamentals of the projects you’re interested in. This could be in emerging fields like gaming, AI, or Layer 2 solutions. These can be good investments if you researched them well enough and have faith on it while holding them.

Meme Coins / Re: Are you riding the memecoins wave wisely?
« on: January 27, 2024, 11:16:37 AM »
I was once investing in meme coins namely Doge, Shiba Inu, PEPE and other popular one but I end up being liquidated due to the pump and dump thing. You should not give your full trust in these coins it might get you out of the game if something isn't doing right.

I had invested in DOGE for a while, but I missed out on luck when Elon Musk started discussing it, as I had pulled my investment out beforehand. I believe it's alright to take on some risk if you're willing. As they say, higher risk can lead to higher rewards. But it's crucial to understand and manage those risks.
Personally, I've learned to rely on reputable exchanges to choose my memecoins. Many memecoins don't make it to cex because these platforms conduct thorough research before listing them. Exchanges like Bitget have been instrumental in helping me achieve good gains. But I would still emphasize the importance of conducting your own research.
