Dogecoin Forum / Re: How do I trade Dogecoin?
« on: June 16, 2018, 02:50:27 AM »
I think for now the best wayou to trade doge is to buy and hodl and wait till it hit say $1 which is not going to be easy though. Day trading with doge wouldn't fetch much since it does make any big rise within 24 hrs

By the time dogecoin hits $1 everything else will be worth substantially more.  Dogecoin is your typical shitcoin, it was started as a complete joke.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Should I invest to Ripple?
« on: June 16, 2018, 02:47:39 AM »
I wouldn't say it's a horrible investment choice, but the fact that the team has over 50% of the coins in holdings does leave you vulnerable.  There are other investments that leave you less vulnerable, but totally fine to day trade IMO.

I don't think it'll drop but I honestly hope it will.  Ripple goes against the entire point of blockchain tech and defeats the purpose of decentralization.  On top of that the dev team owns over half of the ripple tokens, which means the instant they decide to tank ripple and exit with billions of dollars everyone else is screwed.  Not really any security there.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: 1 billion worth of Ripple, lost ?
« on: June 14, 2018, 10:22:26 PM »
Why would it be lost?  I mean, if he's got hundreds of millions of dollars there's no way he doesn't have the key/wallet somewhere safe with several layers of redundancy.  It would be treated the same as any asset when divided up from his will.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Why Ripple is hated so much?
« on: June 14, 2018, 10:20:23 PM »
The dev teams own more than half of the supply, it is a centralized blockchain which defeats the purpose of the technology, banks will never adopt this mainstream because if they want to get into the blockchain space, they will just create their own token.

Exactly this.  It's kind of hard to trust a coin when the purpose of the coin defeats the entire point of blockchain.  AND on top of that the devs own more than half the supply, which means they can tank the project and exit at anytime.  There's no security there.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Can Ripple Overcome ETH
« on: June 14, 2018, 10:18:01 PM »
It's possible but I seriously doubt ripple will ever overtake ethereum.  Ripple is the banking industry's attempt at clawing it's way into the crypto world and ultimately that will fail.  People will talk about how that gives ripple more legitimacy than other coins, but that's a fallacy.  Banks will screw you over in a heartbeat if they can get away with it, and have. (wells fargo, bank of america)

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Ripple or Bitcoin cash?
« on: June 14, 2018, 10:15:56 PM »
How about neither?  Ripple is just banks trying to centralize cryptocurrency which defeats the entire purpose of blockchain.  And as for bitcoin cash, roger ver just constantly shills shitty BCash as bitcoin calling it the one true bitcoin, trying to create massive FUD for BTC so Bcash could possibly overtake BTC.  Bcash is just a shillcoin honestly, otherwise it wouldn't need such filthy tactics to try and promote it.

I also think tron is super overhyped.  Whenever you go into the Tron telegram it's just non stop people saying tron will reach $1 per coin or even $10 per coin.  People in there seem to try and talk their dreams into existence, but the charts all show tron dropping like a damn stone.  Even right after mainnet released there was huge FUD, most other coins probably couldn't have avoided that but still.  I lack all confidence in TRX.

Monero Forum / Re: How to get free XMR?
« on: June 12, 2018, 07:10:03 AM »
Faucets aren't really worthwhile.  Just get a job or earn money some other way and buy XMR with that.  You could spend weeks getting stuff from a faucet and it wont even amount to $1 USD.

Monero Forum / Re: What will happen if monero will be eliminate?
« on: June 12, 2018, 07:08:45 AM »
I think it's unlikely that monero gets eliminated, whatever that is supposed to mean.  Coins don't usually just disappear, especially top 50 coins.

I think it's still undervalued overall.  With bitcoin crashing down it'll probably follow suit as long as bitcoin does.  Just like all alt coins.  But when bitcoin recovers it usually recovers better than where it started.

Stellar Forum / Re: What is the disadvantage if engaging in stellar?
« on: June 12, 2018, 07:04:37 AM »
There's no real disadvantage to engage in stellar.  It's a great coin with a great team and background.

Steem - Steemit Forum / Steemit voting stake system
« on: June 12, 2018, 07:00:44 AM »
I'm not sure what to call it or how it's phrased in steemit but, I read about there being a way to basically give your vote to someone else and vote the same as they do.  Does anyone know about this process or what it's called?  I can't seem to find information on it and I just don't know what to look for.

It's designed to remain stable to USD, but I suppose anything can happen at this day and age.  I really doubt it it fluctuates much though.
