If I happen to get the wallet address wrong, is there a way to recover the transaction?

Bitcoin wallet has an inbuilt checksum that verifies if an address is valid or not, if the address is invalid or non existent, the transaction will no go through, in other words it'll not leave the wallet. However, if you mistakenly send Bitcoin to a wrong address, you won't be able cancel or recover it back because transactions are irreversible. It is pertinent that you always cross-check the address on the sending tap with the one you copied to avoid this kind of mistake.
That's right, Bitcoin wallets have a built-in checksum that serves to verify the validity of addresses. This is important to ensure the security and reliability of the Bitcoin network. However, if you mistakenly send Bitcoins to the wrong address, you will not be able to cancel or recover them. Price movements of crypto assets such as Bitcoin involve a high level of uncertainty. Bitcoin prices are influenced by many factors, including market sentiment, institutional adoption, regulatory changes, and global economic events.

So far Bitcoin price movements are still difficult to determine, but if you look at the limited supply and very high demand, it will have the opportunity to become expensive, but patience is really needed to see the Bitcoin price rise. When looking at the graph you provided from 3 halving before this year then it is certain that the price of this 4th halving will rise even higher.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin Dump Signifcant After Halving
« on: February 02, 2024, 03:12:56 AM »

With just 77 days to go until the Bitcoin Halving begins, this 2024 Bitcoin Halving is likely to be the largest Bitcoin price increase of 2024. Many experts have discussed that this time the majority of holders are high, and since the Bitcoin ETF was approved, the price of Bitcoin has fallen significantly. The current low Bitcoin price is definitely a good sign, as investors will invest in Bitcoin if the Bitcoin price falls before the halving. And now this opportunity is going on.

Halvings, which occur once every four years, halve the block rewards Bitcoin miners receive, thereby reducing the supply of new Bitcoins and increasing their scarcity.
Even halvings don't always result in immediate price increases. In the 2016 Halving, Bitcoin prices took several months to rise.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How would you feel if bitcoin returned to $5k?
« on: February 02, 2024, 02:52:59 AM »

I presume it not to go below $20000 anytime soonest or later in the future because Bitcoin have long passed that benchmark and already built  a resistance at the price when it dips or in a bear market to say.  This price limit is what I foresee it it eventually takes a retracement and possibly maintaining a strong resistant at that price.

Although BTC may experience short-term fluctuations, the long-term bullish trend appears to be intact. A drop below $20k is possible in a future bearish period, but currently seems unlikely.

I agree , I don't think bitcoin will go to below $ 20K soonest or later. For now bitcoin will go up day by day until bullish, although we will see dump but not  below 20K.
Anyone will keep their BTC to sell , try to calm when drop.
So, 5K is impossible to happens at this year or next year. But It might happen at bearish season .

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Benefits of Holding Bitcoin Long Term
« on: February 02, 2024, 02:49:15 AM »

The main reason benefit and goal for investing for long time period is basically to gain much higher values or profits. I think that most people are expecting for this
~snip~

Many investors did, and have the same main reason why hold for long term investment, they want to gain much higher values. You're  right. If we have more fund for hold, hold will the best way to do , but  Unfortunately I Have limited fund, So I will hold until bullish. If at the past I have big fund for hold 5 or 6 years, I will hold bitcoin for more 7 years. I will be rich.
That's right, many investors choose to hold long-term investments with the main goal of getting much higher value. And you are right, if we have larger funds to hold, the "hold" strategy is indeed the best choice.

The longer you hold your investment, the greater the potential profit. This is because asset values are predicted to continue to increase in the long term.

Stable Coins Forum / Re: Is Tether a Fraud?
« on: January 20, 2024, 04:40:20 AM »
Unfortunately USDT has an unlimited supply until the time comes that USDT can be used to destroy Bitcoin, but we all don't know when that will happen because USDT is currently controlled by the global elite who control the circulation of money in the world.

why should it be deleted? I don't think all the members here are people who understand like you who moved from Bitcointalk to Altcointalk. If you want to give suggestions, maybe you can provide additional functions or something else, don't delete the ones that have been there since you were here.
