we can never know the extent of truth until we experience it ourselves i do believe that we can find some truth in some news however being there and experiencing things first hand will always be the best truth teller we just need to find the most trusted and accurate news source but always take it with a grain of salt

the best sources of news are the people living there themselves
Yeah but the CCP has already invaded the Philippines discreetly by funding troll, deepfakes, rebels, spies, drugs, smugglers POGO which was already been discussed in the senate I see it on  google news. It seems that China is trying to distabilize the country's economy to make an advantage and weaken so they can launch their plans.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Secure BIP 39 seed generation
« on: April 30, 2025, 05:14:55 PM »
The safest way I know now is to generate seed from Tails OS that is run on the USB stick, so it has no contact to hard drive. Tails has Electrum wallet by default, so you don't need to connect your computer to Internet.
As long as the device stays offline, the OS does not matter. Just do not go online but use it as a permanent cold wallet.

Although, I recommend Tails and Linux.

You can generate the seed phrase on wallet like Sparrow. It is a BIP39 wallet.
Does that work on mobile phone? If not what do you recommend for mobile phones? I have no access to a computer and I can only use mobile phonewith Bitcoin related activities. I am wondering if it is still safe since my phone is always connected to the internet?

Philippines (Filipino) / Re: SSS or Crypto?
« on: April 30, 2025, 05:10:02 PM »

Gambling discussion / Re: Learn to play or it remains luck?
« on: April 27, 2025, 11:22:39 PM »
Casino machines are more about luck
Yeah and the reason why it can give more multiples on the winning because it is random and depends purely on luck. I am not sure if the system has pattern or just pure random. I personally never had a winning streak with casino games ever since and I quit playing it because I got more loses on it rather than getting luck.

Gambling discussion / Re: when do you “refill” your budget
« on: April 27, 2025, 11:17:41 PM »
When I have money on the side that I won't use, I make sure it's extra and I don't need it. It's best to have a schedule when depositing as well, so you wouldn't be lacking in one if you ever gamble. Like a DCA but for gambling lol.
Well that would actually work and somewhat effective to avoid overspending or losing more on our gambling activities. Only few gamblers understand this because majority has this greed in mind because they want to win more that is why they keep on chasing.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What if the airdrop is gone forever?
« on: April 27, 2025, 11:13:57 PM »
Hi, surely some of you are part of the airdrop lovers...

Many complain about airdrop payments that are not always in accordance with what is done... this is very detrimental to many people, and even some airdrops end in fraud... I am sure, many agree that now the percentage of airdrop success is very low to promote new projects... this is proven by the many projects that failed to launch and even ended in fraud.... the problems in the crypto world around airdrops have never met their end...

However, what comes to your mind spontaneously, when we encounter a moment where the airdorp suddenly disappears and there is no airdrop at all in the crypto space...

Is the crypto world getting worse? or will there be a big dispute when that happens? Or will the crypto space actually improve by reducing some other fraudulent methods...? Express your opinion on this... about what you would think when the crypto airdrop really disappears.
I think as time goes by we can see improvements in the crypto space including airdrops. Fraudulent methods will always be there since the industry is decentralized those methods will still exist and it's up to people if they will fall for that kinda trap given the time they spent on the crypto industry so knowledge is a must really.

That's absolutely right, people will have to let their children to decide on which they want, if you as a parents have tried your best to give them the best which you think will be good for them and they don't want it, then you let them be and allow them to choose on which one they want, whether school or skill and any one they choose, support them in it and they will make their parents proud and they bring put on their best too.
That should be it as we all know majority of those students that are against the likeness of the course their parents wanted them to take it turns up they are just wasting time and money because at the end of the day the kid isn't having it and will lose interest on it.

Never hear of this before glad you brought it here so those who had no idea about it will make a try. I am not sure about the accuracy of this kinda app or something but maybe  it will coincide let's just wait for the result whether it's predicting good or it's a miss.

I am not sure kung meron dito na ang habol eh yung tech lang talaga or ginagamit as payment method every single day ang Bitcoin.

Bitcoin price is $93,890 and it's hard to predict with certainty whether it will go Below $90 before tomorrow due to the fluctuating price of Bitcoin. What your thought on this.
We'll never know what prices we can see in the next few days or weeks it might fall or continue to climb but seems the flow is gearing to make a decent hike though this may change but that could be confirmed if we can see indicators where it's heading but for now let's just wait.

Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you refill your gambling budget
« on: April 27, 2025, 04:11:03 PM »
When do you refill your budget?

I am more of a passive gambler than an active one. I can go months without gambling and only gamble when I have a specific game in mind, usually on my favorite team or in difficult games to show my support for the team.

Gambling has never been a viable source of income, so no budget is set aside for it. I just have to let go of some money when I want to gamble, and then I stop gambling for a while because not all games appear interest to me at all times.

Re: other topic is ruined with off posts.
When I was in the industry before I quit, I usually place bets every single day when I still have a 9-5 job but when I quit that job I think I only play like once or twice a month and that is from lottery. When I came into online casino I usually play until my fund is drained though that was just a few dollars from my spare change. Maybe all in all it can range from 1%-5% from my total income.

Different countries in the world have distinct law, governing digital asset, despite bans or restrictions, transactions still occurs. How do these transactions occur despite regulatory challenges.
It's all good here in my country. The regulation is okay but what I don't like was that I can feel monopoly in terms of exchanges or maybe foreign crypto exchanges are not interested in complying. We don't even know what's the result of Binance's issue with the SEC though we can still open the app and it's website but there is no official statement yet from Binance or the authorities about what happened.

A business man can have someone manage hus business while he takes care of other important responsibilities. Unlike a civil servant that has no freedom to do things on their own because they are always at work. However, both of these kind of jobs depends on the person in question. I would prefer to have my business than work for the government. I want daily income and not weekly or monthly income.
Yeah I agree. One noticeable difference between the two is that business owner is the boss, he holds his own time and money works for him but the civil servant works for the money and he or she has a boss who can fire him or her anytime. I will also prefer to run my own business rather than work for other people because I want to have a full control of my time and investment.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Satoshi lives
« on: April 26, 2025, 08:59:38 PM »
Been hearing hoaxes about Satoshi Nakamoto since I came on the other forum in 2016 and it keeps on popping that is why I don't care about all that because it's all baseless just a waste of time not unless the whole crypto community see  something unusual on the Legendary founders traces or whereabouts. This not something new it's been I think almost a decadeor more since I read and hear rumors like that.
