Конечно, ограничения на гемблинг платформах можно обойти с помощью впн. Но нужно быть аккуратным с этим и сначала прочитать то, что написано в условиях обслуживания казино.
Думаю, что не особо будет приятно получить блок аккаунта и запрос на kyc в тот момент, когда обходишь ограничения юрисдикций с помощью впн.
