Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is this the Donald Trump effect?
« on: November 09, 2024, 01:05:57 PM »

And there's a big possibility that it will touch $100k that is, if Trump made good of his promise that he will fully support Bitcoin and he will fulfill all that during his time. I guess we will have the best Bitcoin era on Trump's time I just hope he will not hit by alzheimers for him to forget his promise or the Cryptocommunity will not believe on politicians support of Bitcoin in their campaign.

Don't trust politicians too much because basically they are the same, using everything that is trending in the campaign to get voters after being elected then implementing what was promised is no longer the main focus.

Will this be the best era for Bitcoin during Trump's time? I don't think so because of Trump, but because Bitcoin itself has become a part that is liked by many people in the world, and if now is the best era then there will be an era that is not good or declining, so it is more fixed to develop better and better.

I think it is more important to continue accumulating Bitcoin in our portfolio rather than continuing to speculate on prices because the price is high without owning Bitcoin there is no benefit to be gained, moreover only a price of 100k is not difficult for Bitcoin to achieve at its current price unless this prediction was made when Bitcoin was still $300, sooner or later to the price of $100k depending on the market.

I didn't read the article but in my opinion this has nothing to do with gambling but more with an excessive fanaticism towards one club, it's a shame that he ended up becoming a criminal because of something trivial, even his favorite club won't defend this action.

Is this still available

Ask on ANN Thread will probably get a quicker response,
because this thread as you can see got no response

I'm yet to use this service, might consider using it when needed.
I saw in the fees section where it said there would be a discount for users who use these mixers regulary but how does rombomix know about the frequency of its users, since they immediately delete the data when the coins have been sent? just curious

Not really paying attention to the current altcoin prices except for the altcoins that I hold and that's been around for quite a while, it can be said that I'm quite disappointed because the movement is not comparable to the movement of the Bitcoin price, but if I'm not mistaken it's quite difficult for altcoins to move in a good direction according to Bitcoin's movement except for altcoins that are already quite stable but if the good altcoins haven't shown any signs, maybe next year there will be an encouraging movement but don't expect much like 2017 because in 2021 altcoins have shown movements that are not always in line with Bitcoin, maybe because more people are focusing on Bitcoin and altcoin holders have already taken profits and stored them in the form of Bitcoin.

Crypto currency Mining / Re: Which one is more durable: PoW or PoS?
« on: October 31, 2024, 12:31:07 AM »
Both have advantages and disadvantages and these advantages and disadvantages can be the reason why people prefer one over the other, making both durable. For example, a high level of security will make people choose PoW, but the power and equipment needed are the reasons why some people will also choose PoS because it does not require much energy and equipment that is quite expensive for PoW.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Explaining the term, 'Gwie' to a leyman
« on: October 30, 2024, 04:13:13 AM »
So far no one has asked about this, but if someone asks, if the person asking is someone who knows about Bitcoin, then I can easily equate gwei with satoshi, but if they are new to crypto, then we can say it is a fraction of ethereum, like cents for fiat, or you can also direct them to this forum to learn more about cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: New ATH is just around the corner
« on: October 29, 2024, 02:37:40 PM »
Bitcoin is moving forward in terms of price but it is actually adopted by more people or it's still an investment thing?

In my opinion, more people consider Bitcoin as an investment tool rather than a transaction tool, that's why many choose to hold it for the long term or if there are those who use it as a transaction tool, it's when there are no other options and they sometimes regret using their Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin goes up or even panic because they haven't had time to take profit but the price of Bitcoin has gone down, even big institutions in my opinion only see Bitcoin as an investment rather than a payment tool that can facilitate transactions

Bitcoin Forum / Re: What got you interested in Bitcoin
« on: October 28, 2024, 10:38:07 AM »
People who have been playing in the crypto world for a long time do not necessarily have Bitcoin and this is a fact.
Because I myself have been playing in the crypto world for almost 8 years, this is the first time I have assets in the form of Bitcoin, of course you all know where I got Bitcoin from.

So what coins do you have if you have been in the crypto world for 8 years if you don't have Bitcoin?

My question :
Do all members on this forum have assets in the form of Bitcoin?
And
What are the reasons that make you interested in investing in Bitcoin Apart from knowing that the price has increased every year?
Let's discuss togethers.

I already had Bitcoin even before I knew about this forum or other forums where many members here are also active in that forum because I knew about Bitcoin from a local forum while trying to find additional income by online.
Interested in Bitcoin because at first it was easy to get but the price was not as high as it is now, it can even be said that not many people expected the price to increase by more than thousands of percent from when I could easily get it through faucets
