Why do friend turn better than the other?

Some of us saw those we started together now doing much better, and in terms of hardwork we do it better than them, is it that grace is different or do things just turn out to be different for us or it just time? Good morning!

Time is transient and you should focus on the goal and not see other people doing better than you as a yard stick to measure your success. In life, there are people that are already ahead of you and no matter how you try to put in the best effort in the struggle, you can never reach them. I don’t know what you’ll call them, either Grace or hard work but that just how it is and natural. When you see people like that, try to mingle with them and not feel bad about their success, you’ll get your own benefits from them too. When measuring your success, don’t make a comparison stuff or you’ll never appreciate your success.

I think you can compare, but that person should only be against yourself that you were yesterday, so you know you have improved and are doing better.

This is true, there is quote, "if hard work were to be recipe to become rich, labourers would be richest"

Yes, I like that quote and I believe the quote is written by a successful person who might had many laborers who worked for him but didn't reach any level of richness even in their old age.

That quote rings true if you'd observe your surroundings, laborers work for minimum wage under someone who gets paid way more and does no physical work.

It can be inspiring to see others succeed, especially when you have started on similar paths. Most times the difference in outcome might be due to opportunity, networking and timing hard work is essential, but it's not the only factor sometimes circumstances align favorably, leading to success.

Different timing in life means you need to focus more on yourself and be happy for your friends when good things are happening for them. Your time will surely come as long as you keep working hard and stay focused on it. They are your friends does not mean things will happen at the same time for all of you; never let jealousy creep in; it stops growth.

You are very correct, one should allow jealousy to take over one heart and mind, for it will never yield out any good thing other than negative things, it will never produce anything good.
That is why its advisable to always be positive and also surround with positive things and believe that one day, it will eventually get to your turn.
