Why do friend turn better than the other?

The Creator has not sent everyone to the world with the same knowledge. The Creator gives a lot of talent in someone through which they can achieve better results with less effort than you and you cannot become like them even with a lot of hard work.  It is a gift from God to your friends or to those who succeed with less effort.  So you look around and you will see that not everyone can be a leader but only those who have that quality in them. So we should not be sad about it.

]i do understand your point but you also have to consider that success involves being at a right place at a right time and maybe they were exactly that it would feel horrible sometimes to feel a bit jealous of your friends who are doing better but i think it is only natural

instead i think this should motivate us more to try and catch up to them so that you and all your friends end up becoming successful together the way you probably dreamt of when you were younger

Yeah, I get what you're saying. Sometimes, success is about being in the right place at the right time. It’s normal to feel a little jealous when you see friends doing better, but instead of letting it bring you down, use it as motivation. Keep pushing forward, and one day, you might all succeed together, just like you once dreamed.

Hard work alone cannot make anyone successful.  Donkeys can also work very hard but their work is completely in vain.  You must do the right things at the right time to be successful and do well but must work hard. Nothing good can ever be done by laziness or slowness. Some people's success depends on their luck.  Many people get good things with little effort due to their good luck. However, hard work can never be avoided for doing something good. And must achieve the strategy of doing the right thing at the right time.

I feel the impulse of this post. Most times, the way we see or plan things is not really the way it turns out to be, and that is normal. We should do what we can and let what will be to be. Preparing oneself ahead of what is to come will be very helpful when the time of transformation comes.

Most times, all these changes and better living come is just a little push/touch, but it is very important to be ready for it.

Different timing in life means you need to focus more on yourself and be happy for your friends when good things are happening for them. Your time will surely come as long as you keep working hard and stay focused on it. They are your friends does not mean things will happen at the same time for all of you; never let jealousy creep in; it stops growth.

That is why, in some cases effort doesn’t require urgently but the wisdom, knowledge one has given by God, that is why some of our friends succeed more quickly than some of us, it doesn’t mean our handwork doesn’t pay, it does but not in the same field, just as we are higher than some people, that is how others are also higher than us. So we should always be satisfied and thankful to God in wherever place we are and not to compare with others because we don’t know what they did in secret to get where they are now or the sacrifice they pay for them to achieve all what they got, we should be thankful and always work diligently too because we don’t know who will lift us or promote us to a higher place.

Things and results don't do usually from how we think based on the effort that we've done. If things are doing good for us there is for sure that our friends will be glad about that, the real friends. But if you're doing good in life and these you thought friends of yours are not happy with how it goes for yourself, they are not your friends. And so as for yourself, if you've seen that in your circle of friends that doesn't cheer for a winning friend, you have to think. We don't know what these friends that does better than us behind the scene to make themselves better than anybody else.

I have been in your shoes before, when I see friends, families and neighbors who are looking up to you because they know that you are more knowledgeable than them getting a better than me. There was a time I started thinking if I was not on the right track. Later, things turned around for me because I didn't give up but continued with the little thing I was doing to earn a living. When the right time came, I met the right person and things became different gradually.

We should know that success isnt something that be a guaranteed thing to happen on each individual even if we do say that you are doing the same thing on what your friend is doing or someone whom you do know. There would be factors that affects out outcome.

1. Time spent
2. Effort spent
3. Decisions made
4. Mix of luck
5. Timing

This is why you cant really be able to mimic out others success because just like been said that there would really be those
things on which that will be affecting the overall outcome and results.

Yeah, i know sometimes it can be hard not to feel jealous, but it is what you do with that jealousy that matters, do you let it turn into envy and then hatred, or do use it to motivate yourself. Always learn to congratulate people who are doing well or have achieved something good, rather than being jealous.
