Bitcoin has not been banned in many countries therefore in that sense it already legal (even if it is not being used as legal tender to use for payments in shops akin to cash or banking cards).

This is quite true in the country I am in as there is no official recognition of Bitcoin and there is really no law passed providing the way for Bitcoin to be used as a form of payment either in the public or private sectors BUT there is no stopping the citizens from engaging in Bitcoin and there are traders that will exchange Bitcoin to the national currency 24/7. There is no official recognition from the government but there is no ban either (like what China did years ago). And I am fine with it since I am not really required to pay tax with my own transactions. As of now, we actually don't need countries to get into Bitcoin but of course if they do that can be helpful, maybe in the right time this official legal status from governments will come. As there is no deadline on this matter, let's allow Bitcoin to use time and just enjoy the ride.

Although Bitcoin is in high demand and is a currency option, a form of payment and a notable investment, the biggest obstacle is not regulation, but rather the diverse cultures of the countries, many still see it as something “evil”, a Ponzi scheme and many other negative aspects, both political and religious.

Bitcoin is not the only one facing these obstacles. Many countries still have laws that are centuries old and need to be revised.

We are moving towards this future, but slowly.

Yes, I agree. Because sometimes in deciding certain regulations, the influence of people in the country is also quite decisive. So, if in a country there are no certain people who are indeed influential enough to legalize Bitcoin, yes it will be quite difficult. Moreover, only relying on suggestions or demands from ordinary citizens, which may only be a few percent.

all of that is sometimes related to the political interests of several parties, which can benefit each other. Yes, although not all are like this, but there are some. So, it will be quite difficult to equalize all countries to legalize Bitcoin or crypto in general.
Different people can have different demands even with BTC, but most of them would want one thing in common and that is to legalize BTC in the country and then later people from different parties can demand more but that can be in their own favor and can be against the other party.

Streamline adoption of crypto is only possible when community make a person famous and ask him to lead the community and make demand to the government like in our country many person tried this but most of the time community did not stand up with the person they supported at start.

Well, since we want Bitcoin to be legalized in all countries. I think since it is used more or less by everyone or in many countries it is also used as an investment and transaction. Since there is a good demand for Bitcoin by people, I think if it is legalized, everyone will probably use Bitcoin as an investment and transaction. But is there anything we can do for this. Which will help legalize Bitcoin.

What are your comments.??
Whether Bitcoin will be legalized in a country depends on the government of that country. The government reviews various aspects and considers whether Bitcoin should be legalized for its country. If a country is economically or otherwise beneficial by legalizing Bitcoin, then Bitcoin is definitely legalized in that country. There are many countries where money laundering and various other illegal activities will increase if Bitcoin is legalized, which can harm the country economically. That is why Bitcoin has not been legalized in all countries yet. However, in the future, when those countries can control the entire country after legalizing Bitcoin, they will legalize Bitcoin.

Yea, but we should have it In mind that bot every country will legalize BTC. And we literally don't have to do anything to make that happen. I still remember few year back before El salvador became the first ever country to make bitcoin a legal tender. We had many BTC criticism by the governments. They called it scam and had no future. Bitcoin surprised them a few times and they had their own mindset changed and they all right now are chasing every single bitcoin they can purchase. It will take time even though it's going to happen..
You are correct in your words that every country will someday legalize Bitcoin. When and how it will happen is what we cannot account for how it be like. But we are hopeful such a thing will happen as some countries are taking Bitcoin to serve as their economic reserve. So many countries will follow suit in the future when they have seen how much gains Bitcoin has brought to the economic reserve of a country and it has saved their economy from collapsing

Hopefully this can happen soon. If all countries or let's say most countries have already relaxed Bitcoin, then the mass adoption of Bitcoin and crypto in general will develop much more, right? and people's awareness of the presence of Bitcoin will be even greater. This may also affect the market cap and of course the value of Bitcoin itself. However, this must have a much bigger and more serious challenge. because each country has its own regulations and also has its own reasons and politics.

Bitcoin is still new and it needs time to be legalized I don't think there should be a pressure over Bitcoin as it's not a stable currency, lot of people are still finding time to understand Bitcoin and how it's being configured. Bitcoin can be a very good tools of investment which would yield profits over the time but those doesn't understand Bitcoin and rush into might regret at later ends because they don't know the concept behind Bitcoin or to how the volatility nature is. I believe Bitcoin legalization is a time factor and I can't say it wouldn't be legalized but for sure we need patient for this come through knowing too well for Bitcoin to gain this popularity it took more than a decades plus to gain this exposure.

Yes, of course, again, one of the main goals is for the possibility of increasing the price. and much bigger than that, all the effects caused by the possibility may vary, and may also be different in each area. but as an individual, with this freedom, it will provide a higher positive impact. at least, trust in crypto will be much greater. as long as there is no drama that is exaggerated and exploited by politics in a country, at least this will run more smoothly. it is different if the government has interfered and there are certain political interests.

Bitcoiners I think are already doing a whole lot to force global acceptance of the mother coin of you ask me and so far, Bitcoin have recorded so much acceptance from different countries of the world including the US government that controls the world's largest economy as they recently invested hugely in Bitcoin reserve.  If there's anything I think we should improve on, I think it's the areas of advocacy for governments that are yet to adopt Bitcoin to do so as well as forming strategic alliances other financial institutions to further globalize Bitcoin.

Re: What do we need to do to get Bitcoin legalized??

Bitcoiners I think are already doing a whole lot to force global acceptance of the mother coin of you ask me and so far, Bitcoin have recorded so much acceptance from different countries of the world including the US government that controls the world's largest economy as they recently invested hugely in Bitcoin reserve.  If there's anything I think we should improve on, I think it's the areas of advocacy for governments that are yet to adopt Bitcoin to do so as well as forming strategic alliances other financial institutions to further globalize Bitcoin.
I do fully agree with you on this, as we have seen that Bitcoin has indeed reported some positive developments. I think it is very right especially with the recent infusion of a lot of money from the US government itself to indicate that even the big countries of the world have now started to see the future of Bitcoin. However, several limitations are still experienced due to Bitcoin on a global level, especially due to governments who fail to embrace or have knowledge about it. Arguments to the reluctant governments and partnership with other financial organisations will give a significant contribution to bitcoin globalisation. It will facilitate its implementation and establishment, and ultimately form a solid environment which will be expressed below.

The increasing number of users and increasing trust are one of the factors why bitcoin is now getting more attention. Indirectly, we as users also contribute.

We don't care about what those who don't like the existence of bitcoin say, which eventually makes many people interested in bitcoin. We as ordinary people can certainly do something that looks small but has a significant impact and one of them is our trust in bitcoin.

The wider the acceptance of bitcoin the higher its chances of been legalized. But an attempt to make this possible will require a dogged approach in sensitization and enlightenment of a vast majority of people to see the benefit, function and value of bitcoin, as no one would want to get into something they know very little or nothing about.
More importantly, there should be a firm collaboration with government bodies to accept it and create regulatory frameworks governing its usage. As a matter of fact, it is the government that can successfully push for broader endorsement of btc within their domain and at the same time set up parameters to ensure its usage is safe and secured. Mind you, achieving this will not be a walk in the park as a whole lot is still required.
