In our previous administration, the president and vice president are also on opposing parties.

It's very crucial, but there's nothing that we can do about it if they are opposed with one another. The bad thing though is that there's death threats already that's being said unlike in our previous administration where even though they're opposed, no harmful words or death threats are being thrown. TBH, it's a bit concerning to see a former tandem ending up like this, but as a citizen, is there anything that we can do about it? Nothing, but to just criticize, say our opinion on social media and move on. That's it. At the end of the day, we as voters voted for them so it's our fault that we voted the wrong politician.

As for me, I'm already stacking up some popcorns here while watching these dramas that are happening here and there.

that’s the unfortunate thing there’s nothing we can do but watch our government crumble from the inside everyone is taking sides and the government is so divided right now there’s a lot other pressing matters happening in our country but they are too focused fighting with each other

You should have done your research first because not all countries are like yours. A political system where the president and the vice president do not come from the same political party will definitely breed chaos because even in political systems where the president is the one that selects the vice president, we have still seen cases of issues between them that have led to more friction in governments, talk less of when the two people who happen to be the two highest ranking individuals in the country are from different political parties that have different ideologies about governance. I think that needs to be changed, Presidents should be able to nominate and select their vice; it should not be imposed on them.

you are right we have different political systems in the country and in my country where democracy is what prevails, the people can choose or elect someone from any political party

i would disagree that the president have to nominate their vice president because using my country as an example democracy should always be followed there’s no democracy involved if the president chooses his own vice president because that’s not who the people chose

Actually this is the first time I'm hearing that some countries the president and the vice president are from different parties. In my country it can never happen that way that the president and the vice president are from different parties.
That one would result to a great war even just after 1 week of swearing them in.
The case of the Philippians I think maybe it is a case of demanding and maybe because the vice is a woman. But I don't really know.

Here in my country propaganda are insane and run by powerful politicians instead of helping the people about the truth they spread fake news that will result in chaos for both party it won't literally help but just worsen the unstable situation. Media here are bribed to create instability in the economy and security both from internal and external source of fundings. Manipulation here is quite common especially in politics plus corruption which is one of the most disastrous issue happening not only imy country is facing right now but also others.

I've been reading that it's the US that made a promise to unfreeze those frozen 'fruits'. It's the reason why we have their military bases here now. these have been on the news everyday since the time BBM sits on the malacanang. from quiboloy to sarah to digong with ICC.  the Philippians government is really going nuts. 

they never even talk about the coming war where the EDCA sites are being built in a hurry in the Cagayan. and they even put mid range missile in Loag just to make threats to China.

Every country has their political systems, I guess maybe it's because the vice president is a woman and they both have a disagreement on something which lead to misunderstanding.

And since the vice president is a woman maybe the president will said he will not follow her way or advice, forgetting the right of equality. Just because they are in different parties don't mean they should discriminate. they have to build mutual understanding between them and collaborate to bring development to their country.

In my country, the members of each party vote to the candidates that will represent their party in the final election as the presidential and vice presidential candidate. The chosen individuals will be the official representatives of their political party in general election. The process is called *primary election*, so if you vote for a particular candidate, that means you are also voting for the vice.

I suggest that both the president and the vice president should sort themselves out, because this misunderstanding or disagreement between them will not only affect them, but it will also affect the country at large.

There's really going to be a big conflict if they come from different parties; there should be harmony in how they work. I believe that the system should change and adopt the United States system of when the president wins an election, his vice president should also win regardless of his votes, and this is to have a good working relationship.
