If you are good at predicting a winner in a prediction match and you don't just want to make money by wagering. Is it possible to contact a betting platform and arrange a contract that you promote them in a thread or in your website while you provide a prediction contents?

Sure you can, If you are someone famous then high chances betting platform themselves will contact you to promote them in your content than you going to them.

Plenty gambling websites and YT platforms get sponsored by betting platforms all the time.

Meaning you being a content creator in a popular long thread can make money out of it also?

I'm not too sure any platform will be willing to pay money for a thread, you can try your luck.

I was curious what motivation do those user have in creating long threads about a particular sports like boxing, NBA or football league. Getting paid for those threads while promoting those bookmakers in the thread seem fair deal.

I still saw some of those threads here too. Although authors are different, it may still be appealing to the bookmakers if they can permanently be in the first page.
