The immediate thing that I have thought about is to start a channel in Telegram, where you send out your predictions and possibly start from there. When you garnered a lot of followers, You should do some videos as well and then you could do the content creation that you want.

I think it is important for you to prove first your capabilities before contacting the betting platforms. If they can see it, then they would probably offer something.
