I always diversify coins, I hold some potential coins and trade with some potential coins, all the coins I have are top coins because the risk is lower. even though I diversify many coins I still choose potential coins and are in the top 20 coins.
It is good that you diversify your assets with some coins. Yes, it is a wise way to hold some coins and trade some coins. In this way, you can get extra benefits from trading, you don't solely rely on investment only. I agree that the top 2 coins will be the best option for investment, it is good for trading. But for trading, I think you need to consider the coins that have higher volatility. This rises the chance to get fast profits.

In trading, we should choose coins with high volatility, but we must be careful with the risk because the coin with the highest volatility is the meme coin, this is very risky. I prefer to buy coins and trade with coins that are relatively low volatility and safe, I still choose the top 20 coins for my trading on binance.

This is also important, when we hear other people's experiences about the strategies used, we will start to learn the strategy, the same as this diversification.

Previously, many people may have only invested in one coin, but after hearing other people's experiences, they will start to change their strategy by doing the same thing. This is why it is also very important to share experiences with others.
Knowledge is not enough to become profitable here in crypto worlds, we also need experiences to tell if it really works. But sometimes, it's not good to rely only their experiences because we really don't know how they execute their knowledge on the market. I observed that there are people who are good at communicating but not in doing it. You must have to test it by yourself before you can say that he is right.
Of course we can't just do what others do, we also have to look deeper into what others share with us. I just said the outline above without giving a detailed explanation.

And when I have to explain in detail, I will also say the same thing as what you said. because when we only hear and then execute it, then that is not wise either. Because it requires further analysis so as not to step on the wrong path.

Trading holding or investment are all good. An expert on that subject should do that. to do well in this competitive world and live a luxurious life depending on only one source of income cannot fulfill this dream. Which is why I support crypto holdings the most. Because in this case you will only buy the potential coins in the market and hold them for a long time, you will not spend any extra time here. And that time you can earn money from other business jobs or any other source. so holding is best. In this case, one can always be relaxed and can make a good amount of profit from here

I also agree with crypto holding because it is safer and not as risky as trading. In holding we buy when the price is still cheap and hold it for the long term, we don't need to always monitor the market because we already know when we are targeting to sell our coins.

If a trader does not know trading then he cannot expect to profit from it. But when a holder has a little knowledge about the holding, it is possible to make a huge profit. If a holder buys only Bitcoins without doing market analysis or constantly tracking up-to-date information, he can definitely get more returns in the long run. Various reasons can affect the market, but those holders who avoid these issues do not have any negative impact on them.

Long-term holders need free funds to do so, because they only continue to buy when bearish and hold for the long term without monitoring the market which takes time to analyze, long-term holders are not affected by market movements that sometimes correct, they only focus on holding. And this is a profitable thing if you have free funds to do it.

Indeed, long term investing does take time and disposable capital, because we can always rebuy assets when the market is in a dip without worrying about our overall capital fluctuation. In that way, being free of stress from short fluctuations of prices, we have the chance to get the most form this long term approach when the market will start to recover.
