the kind of impression that a customer receives for the first time of visiting an establishment matters a lot and it will go a long way in determining wether that customer is going to come back or not so handling of customers is something that business owners needs to intentionally practice to have a good customer relations
this is why consistency is important a business can't be good one day then be bad the next day it should not happen that way because some customers would not even go back for a second time so make sure that every customer get equal treatment and they all receive high quality treatment

not only consistent but your business should also keep on improving because you would want new customers to come in aside from the customers who will come back

Customers are very observants when it comes in patronising a retail store,a good positive interactions will make them to be happy and be a loyal customer,but any negative experience will make them never to consider you again,customers experience can exploit or break down your business,because whatever they experience they took it outside to publicise whether for good or bad.
In every business, the customers are mean to be put first, this is because, the customers continuous patronage is what the determines of a business forward or not. A business owner cannot do the work alone so, at time he employs other to help him out let's also be mindful of the kind of people we employs. For me I don't think I will love to patronize a shop that the seller friend or is very insulting. I don not even want to know if the person with that negative attitude is the owner of the business or not, and when most customer stop purchasing items from a particular seller, it may be impossible for that individual to ever buy from that seller.

Yeah, customers notice everything when they shop. If they have a good experience and you treat them right, they'll keep coming back. But if something goes wrong or they feel bad, they might never come back and they'll probably tell others about it too. Good or bad, their experience can either build your business or hurt it. Customer experience is really important to become a successful entrepreneur.

Yeah, that is why they said’ Customers are always right’ because of their contribution to the business too, for they will tell you when you are doing good or bad, so it’s important to keep and maintain your integrity or reputation by having a good relationship with your customers, be good and happy with them, doesn’t mean if they offend you, that you won’t caution them but let it be with love and care, then you reputation is safe and can even attract more customers.
