I follow simple plan, stay away from processed foods and healthy body will come naturally. If one don't have motivations for exercise, just do that instead.

ok, I understand what processed food is, currently I am following a diet program to lose weight, whether it works or not, but I have to try it

Regarding intermediate fasting, don't we all do that when we are sleep? Everyone sleeps around 8 hours after eating dinner, does that count or are you supposed to do this while awake? Doing this while awake will reduce the meals to 2 a day I presume?

The best form of weight loss still remains through dieting and exercises because the fact is that you are a product of what you actually eats so in eating we have to be delibrate in what we actually take into our body because eating the wrong food is like digging our grave by ourselves because food is actually a poison and also a medicine to our body if we eats the right way and the right food then exercise too play a crucial role in our  health in making sure that we stay healthy especially reducing body fat and removing toxic substance from our bodies

I am not fan of surgeries either. From what I see around myself, surgeries have far too many consequences that's not worth taking risk for.
You don’t need fancy equipment to stay fit, simple exercises like push-ups and squats can be done at home. Surgery isn’t the best option either since it has risks, and you’ll still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle afterward. It’s better to focus on diet and exercise naturally.
