Are all ICOs scam?

I probably wouldn't go as far as saying almost all are scam. But it's certainly true that only a very small number actually has a big break through. That doesn't ask that all others are scam just because they dont make it though. Regarding bans by social media: I am actually not a big ban sort of person. I would rather keep all info and educate users to be able to make the right decision on who to trust and who to avoid. But that's just one way of looking at it

You're totally right. It becomes smart and best to always keep your intelligence alert and be abreast of the ICO you intend to invest in. Seek for advice from experts if you are entirely new in the game. However, you can run some few checks on the team and its credentials to ascertain some level of trust.

Yes, I fully agree. The team is quite frankly apart from the basic concept the most important thing I look for. Not all ICO are scam. If it is then I assumed no altcoinstalks forum.  And no bounties to come in in this place of altcoins. It is clear that not all are scam. Sometimes you need to have trust according to what you search and expect.

The ICOs which are genuine are far less than the scam ones and care must be taken when investing into ICOs because it is very hard to tell which is a scam and which is genuine. But in the nutshell, not all ICOs are a scam.

Unfortunatelly you will find that maybe 80% of icos are scam, don't have a working product/team/distribution etc, but the 20% remaining can really change the way we see the world right now.,

Some ICO are scam. Sometimes it can notice by the way they form the project and no product to present to the public. No promotion of product and introduction of the team to the group.

I think around 50% right now of ico are scams, its too easy to create ico with erc20, before erc20 icos all was solid, but now just like creat e new one pump dump and so on.

In recent times, it seems almost all the ICOs are scam. They present a catchy whitepaper just to get the attention of investors and after receiving the huge sums of money, do not even pursue the goals of what was presented in the whitepaper. The coins gradually turns out to be a pump and dump coin. It is no wonder China and other social media platforms banned all fake ICOs.

No, There are many scams but Not All ICOs scam. You should be carreful to choose ICO.

I can't say that all are of ICO no use. ICo gives the opportunity to develop. If you have an excellent head on your shoulders, you can make an excellent project, attract investment and earn. Scammers will always be there, but I do not think it's right to prohibit these projects.

Yes I see many ico are scam but some ico projects are successful and have high scores. I think before joining the project ico better know the purpose of developing the project.

but if some kind of ICO that has a bright future like REDCAB ICO (maybe) is worthy of being followed, because REDCAB has a goal like UBER whose payment uses a Blockchain transaction
