After the restart of Binance Launchpad, many exchanges announced the launch of their own platforms.
Is this a new era, i mean will ico sale enter the new era?
How this situation affects sale of icos?
What do you think about this situation?

Before Binance, there were already other exchanges that were offering their platform for token sale (LA Token as example).

I have not heard or read other major exchanges having their own ICO launchpad, can you name them?

As i know huobi, kucoin and bittrex will make their own platform

I guess from that list, as well as the sucess of Binance's Launchpad (the Xx profits from the ICOs I mean), then yes, it's likely other major exchanges will follow suit. Although I don't think it will have the same effect for Bittrex, since unlike Huobi and Kucoin, they don't have their own token to have sessions with.

Bittrex ieo process smells kind of a scam:

12/03/19 Bittrex announced an IEO project RAID. This is an OP.GG project in partnership with RIOT and several other large companies.
13/03/19 RIOT and several partners officially announced that there is no partnership with RAID.
14/03/19 OP.GG made an official statement that there is no partnership between them and RAID.
Be aware! All the announced partnerships are fake!

Why they act like that?

Bittrex International has cancelled the IEO offering of the RAID token.
Bittrex tweet: "Trust and integrity are the most valuable assets of Bittrex International. As a result of significant, last-minute changes with RAID, we have cancelled the IEO offering of the RAID token. We apologize for the inconvenience.  We will provide a more complete statement shortly."

The Launchpad introduced by binance gave birth to the era of IEO. Exchanges like Latoken has been conducting IEO earlier. this will help to curb scam projects that are not ready or have nothing to offer. we are yet to see any disadvantages of IEO. i knw there will be deficiencies but we are yet to find out..
