Newbie Rank unable to join the bounty program?

You're right, in most social media campaign being a newbie isn't a problem only signature campaign doesn't accept newbies, or if accepting has very low pay.

Yes, I notice that stakes depends on your rank. Although not all bounties are accepting newbie rank members to participate.

It depends on the requirements of the Campaign if they are accepting newbies,and in social media newbies are welcome they need to follow the friends requirments,and also i see some projects are accepting newbie  in the Signature Campaign but only sometimes.

Newbies can participate in social media campaigns and content creation campaigns but most do not allow newbies to participate in signature campaigns.

I think it depends on the project. Though most projects leave the social media bounties for the newbies and the signatures for the higher ranks, there are still a sprinkle of them that try to accomodate newbies even in signature campaigns. I have done at least two signatures when i was a newbie on btt. So am pretty sure they exist,but very few of them.

I think we have to learn how and what we should do to correct improving bounty projects. But maybe I`m wrong.

I think the newbies can sometimes use it. but you can it limited. In my oppinion,signature campaigne will usually be better used by beginners like junior members.

yeah,there are some bounty campaign that i've experience is accepting newbie,but its only a few because mostly the lowest ranks they accepted is the junior member,while in the terms of twitter and facebook participants they have a rules of how many followers only,before they accept you as an advertiser of there project development,so its better you must grow your rank into junior in obtain you can participate all campaign and we must follow there rules.

Yes, most of the campaigns newbie are not welcome to promote ICOs project because this is one of their requirements.

Yes, for bounty Facebook campaigns and newbie twetter, you can enter or register, not all bounty campaigns that accept newbies, it all depends on the rules they have, all I know is for a bounty signature campaign usually at least jr.member. And for social media campaigns, youtube, blogs, newbies can register and enter their work.

newbie could just follow the social media campaign to campaign signature must have at least Jr. members during this time I see from some of the project

There are some icos who accept newbies on their campaigns, but only a few. It is difficult for the newbies to join and also the rewards are very low. It would be better to level up the rank first before joining in bounty campaigns
