all you need to do atleast 20 post for Jr member ,60 post for Full member ,120 for Sr member ,450-500 post for Hero member and 1000 plus for Legendary member that's only you need to rank up.

There is no time period within which you can be a Jr. Member. All you have to do is to be active active and make good post. You will see it reflected in your profile if you hit any new rank.

That's the one. You don't need karma or referrals, just your activity.
