But if enough amount of cryptocurrency exists, there would be definitely some people who want to sell it or buy it, so there would be trading. To stop trading you should first delete cryptocurrencies, in other way trading would not stop, because it depends on the assets, not vice versa.

And why would you need a price for a cryptocurrency if there would be no trading? To buy? To sell? To whom? Whenever money is involve, there is always a place for it to be traded. I mean if there is no trading, then it is for free and that people will either abuse it or does not care at all.
