Dont trading when you are emotional or angry

everyone must possess emotions and have experienced them, whether it's because of problems in the real world or because of losing online gambling or other things that make him angry,
this is bad news because I personally do not advise people who are emotional / angry to trade,
the reason is because trading must use a cold brain to do chart analysis.

Everyone experiences sadness at some point or other in their lives.It is real unhealthy to trade when not in a good mode.I have learnt bitter lesson to this, I lost my 9 ETH on trade when I tried trading in a sad day. Agreed, at the end its emotional game for some traders but yeah its for strong hard persons as I am not a trader but hodler u can say that my bad because if you just stick to hold all time that's not good if you win or loss at the end.

It's tough to remain calm tho. Only after few years, I learned some methods, but they are not always working. Do you have any advice?

Calm mind is basically a best part of trading. If you have good trading skill as well as calm mind it helps you to achieve your goals. Inner instinct always play an important role.

I will be patient waiting when I have BTC as my crypto set.
Requires cold thoughts and thoughts to trade. For holders of good coins they will not sell at low prices, they will buy more when the price drops and wait for the right time to sell it.

If you cannot control your emotion, I think you don't deserve to be crypto investors or traders. To be patient and control emotion are a must to avoid wrong decisions on trading or investing. You must follow FOMO when you cannot control emotion.

Emotional trading can make me experience a lot of losses, the downward flow of markets makes many traders who have no experience selling their crypto assets, it requires patience and even many exchanges now that have provided good trading tools.
But for holders, I am sure they already have good patience because we can see Bitcoin has high prices to date

As  investor, we have to know how to control our emotions in trade. Success of trade depends on knowledge about the pros and cons of a coin. Right timing meas buying and selling at right time is a vital factors as well as selecting proper coin. Patience is essential for becoming successful trader.

In making important decisions, especially trading. We must be in a calm and relaxed state. If we can make good decisions, if we make a decision we are angry or emotional.
