hail No. that is when you know the real and active hunters. the market went as low as 4k for btc, 40% of new projects loose and sack staffs, some closed down while some projects forge ahead. few got listed on exchanges . hunters are not going anywhere. real hunters stay back to fight for the market.

Hopefully more bounty hunters will come back again if market will get bullish momentum because in this bearish market coins worth are just pennies so many has left hope If the bull market start then our coins value will also rise and result in increase of number of bounty hunters.

I think it seems that the bounty hunter will be very much when the market is bullish because crypto is in its heyday.
when the bear starts the bounty hunter will decrease little by little.
You could say this is a festival every 4 years.

New projects always exist even though the market is in a bullish trend, then the developers will postpone the exchange list to avoid a dump if the bounty campaign allocation is too large, but the bounty participants decrease due to many failed new projects, if the new project offers payment with BTC or the coin that has been registered in cmc, I think the bounty hunter will still be there.
