Well, the IEO provide a safer ground for investors and also help in controlling scams.

There is no big differece between IEO and ICO ,IEO´s are not safer.

In some countries there are some higher regualations for ICO´s or ICO´s are even restricted and if you can´t reach it what you can do?Make an IEO,simple.
There i no real protect for investors.
Also,lot of IEO doesn´t even make any private sales,all those coins are belong to few people.That opens the door for huge manipulations,only that few people wins.
Situation for investors keeps the same,no matter if ICO or IEO,good research saves you money.Same for hunters.

I think it is another type of token sale, so it is not the evolution of the ICO. I see the different way on token sale there. So, we cannot conclude that it is upgrade type of ICO.

Yes they are the same and serves the same purpose to raise more funds and spread awareness to the community. But the assurance in doing an IEO is better than ICO, after the fundraising it will be listed on the exchange right after it.

I couldn't agree more to you Sir. Investors benefits more on IEO because they only have to deal with the exchange directly, as it will offer a wallet service for the token and facilitate trading as well. Bounty hunters definitely have no room in this Offering because the cryptocurrency exchange mostly do the works for the project. It performs many functions including serving as the intermediary, facilitator, manager, marketer, and in return, all these services were paid for by the organization that is launching the IEO.

I think while this is true of the larger exchanges like Binance where there is no bounty, it's not true of the IEOs happening on the smaller exchanges, I can think of a couple at least. If you think about it, there being no bounty for a large IEO isn no different from no bounty from a large/hype ICO either.  It's based on how hyped the IEO platorm or project is as to whether there will be a bounty allocation, rather than whether it's an IEO or not, in my opinion.

Let's see if this hold true after a few months or years. I've had some interactions with some of the IEO investors and what I hear/read is no different from the early days of ICOs.

Indeed, the IEO / Initial Exchange Offerings are now hot and many people are enthusiastically. But I am worried about the fate of the bounty hunters later because the IEO will be able to shift the ICO and the role of the bounty hunters will be reduced.
