Bitcoin is going higher, and altcoins are down.

Since the price of bitcoin has rose to $6k, the price of altcoins has been facing fall back. What could be the cause of this, or does it mean that if bitcoin bull run starts, it will not affect the price of altcoins positively? Would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
