Did you notice the huge ICOs slowdown?

A couple months ago, it was few ICOs popping out every day, now except for scams there are almost no more ICOs. Taken in consideration that most countries banned/warned about ICOs I think that caused the slowdown.

It is because of the new rules set by the SEC to filter out the illegal or scam ICO. It is a good news to the investors to assure that they will no longer be bitten by the ico scam.

Now just a huge number of different ico projects and unfortunately almost 85% of scam. Previously it was much better, there were more good ico projects.

besides the scam problem, even good icos are failing
i think it is a mixed problem between the regulations/scams and the lack of investment due to the market status and lack of trust from investors...
when market comes back, ico will too, but on a very different level (much less icos) unless new ico models are found
(did you notice that a lot of projects are now aiming to have a prototype before the ico?)

Yeah! I've notice this also! I think it was reduce a little because if the market condition nowadays some ico delay their launching because of price decrease of almost all dominant coin in the market. Most of investors nowadays are just holding their coin and don't want to participate in any ICO.

I see that ICO is getting less and less, while bounty seekers are increasing.
I'm happy if the ICO has a lot of regulations and quality screening. this can guarantee the quality of the ICO and make good name Cryptocurrency. I am sometimes sad that many of my friends are affected by a scam, loss of time, cost and energy.
