It is too hard to determined or identify the Good ico or bad but in my experienced mostly are good in the first session and after the projects goes to end the ico will some many reasons about the projects and they wanna stopped directly so it means ico is not all goods just a perfect time you can choose a good ico.

At present many ICOs fail, and eventually become dead projects. but I am sure there is still a good ICO, which consists of a solid team. our job is to find as much information as possible to get a good ICO, which will make us successful and rich.

I think you should check out the ICO review pages. Because that is where the focus of the ICO is going. They evaluate ICOs through scoring criteria so ICOs with high scores are usually very good to participate
