The most probable cause was the Altcoin holders are selling their assets for Bitcoin so that they could be on board with this fast rising market of Bitcoin. Expect more dominance of Bitcoin in the coming days if this will continue as its looks like Bitcoin market is fast moving with real demands.

I have been wondering why bitcoin is rising with speed at this time but at the same time altcoins market is fallen please what do you expect, how do you measure it because I was expecting that altcoins always rise when bitcoin is increasing in value. I think,  I am not agree with your opinion.  For now I see bitcoin at $12.8 k and ethereum price at $ 346. I see the altcoins price is going  up now.
You should see at top 10, because I think  they are very potential  coin.

Just like what the other people here said it's like balancing the prices. If the altcoins can't follow the bitcoin price then they will really going to fall a little of their price that will much on their current btc price. For example: Eth price is current equivalent to 0.02 btc and if the price from 9k goes to 10k then the price will fall if it will not going to follow it.

You are very correct here. Bitcoin ia actually the bone of all crypto from it's inceptions. Every altcoins are mosttly exhanged or paired with Bitcoin before converting to various fiats. Anybody selling most of these altcoins in the market may have to convert first to bitcoin before selling to fiats. This also might have given bitcoin a continuous rise.
