It draws attention to the fact that they can deduct anyone at their discretion and do not pay anything, they can change any rules of the agreement, and this is already unacceptable, since in fact there are no agreements in this case. For bounty hunters, such conditions are very humiliating. Moreover, not even a very large pool, which is allocated for ICO bounty campaigns, in the end they sometimes arbitrarily reduce various reasons at times for a reason, sometimes up to ten times.
KYC verification has long been a way of cheating in order not to pay many hunters earned tokens.
I try not to join similar projects of ICO, however there are too many of them now. I hope for government regulation of this type of activity.
