For me, I am not sure when it will actually do a bull run. It's because the cryptocurrency market is so unpredictable, there are no guarantees that Ethereum, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will go to the moon. Despite the Bitcoin halving approaches, I cannot promise or guarantee to all that BTC, ETH and other cryptocurrencies are going to skyrocket in an instant.
In my own instinct, it might dump for days or weeks before climbing up high again. However, I could be wrong. If you're a long-term holder, you can put some amount on Ethereum at your own risk. Day trading is much more riskier than long-term holding. Much better if you diversify your holdings so that you won't get disappointed when a certain coin or token you are holding collapses.
