When will BAT have its own Blockchain?

Don't expect BAT to launch its own blockchain because it will make the server need a lot of money and maximum maintenance.
But if BAT has a lot of funds, then just make the blockchain itself because it can also increase the BAT price when a SWAP Mainnet occurs.

I don't think Brave need to own private network, Ethereum network is enough for reward distribution and tips in BAT. Brave team also used all of raised funs for development, it is too early to start invest in new network.

BAT is still in a friendly environment of Ethereum and still has the trust of Ethereum.
Do not change anything from BAT because everything will fade, especially not having the best experience in the crytpocurrency network.

Creating it's own blockchain would limit the convertibility and portability of BAT, it would also take up a lot of team time and money.

Right now the project is still in a user and advertiser accumulation phase. A change such as shifting to a new blockchain would be hugely disruptive and I suspect it would be seen as a bad move by investors given the initial confidence they clearly placed in it.

When is it having an own blockchain a sign of being confident about your project?
If they do not plan to have their own chain then let them be. That does not diminish their own value.

Maybe they do not have the money but they definitely have the experience and the skills.

They are good with ethereum at this time. I am not a dev but I know that creating a reliable blockchain takes a lot of resources. A lot of their plans will also be derailed.

They don't need their own blockchain imo, they should just focus on what they are doing and don't bother about having their own chain.

Finance that exceeds the present value in the market.

Only with these 3 things BAT will get a lot of answers because to create your own Blockchain is very complicated.
