I would be very happy to apply for this giveaway but have problem with this KYC. Is this really for everybody?

What are the reasons? Is a picture with my username and registered email not enough? Even this is way too much, in my opinion, as to verify user for giveaway.

Additionally you ask us to send scans using Google forms? Common guys we all know how unsafe that is!

Where are all these documents stored (on Google Drive?), who has access, for how long?
