It depends on platform which you choose. Many of them are scams, so you need to stay cautious. But imo this is quite okay if you find reliable platform. I use buycoinnow and I naver had any problems with that so I can say it's trustworthy.

I bought some two years ago with Coinbase. But now you can buy any crypto by credit card also on some exchanges. I think binance also allows such payment.

I agree, you need to choose wisely. I also use buycoinnow and for now - it's okay. The most advantageous are their fees and the fact that you don't have to register and input your personal data there.

There are some exchanges which provides you this kind of services, you can definitely buy btc with credit card on coinbase and binance or cex, but it will require a verified account there. You can try out buycoinnow which was mentioned in this thread before, they are safe, or search for some alternatives like localbitcoins. It's easier than you think tbh

You can also choose a cryptocurrency exchange. Check out for example CoinDeal, they have a lot of various paying methods. You can get crypto at that echange using Visa too.

There are some websites where you can use Credit card, but I would suggest you to research more or choose third parties payment processor.
What exchange is in your country and check with them if they accepts Credit Card.
